And it increased my luck aswell.

My adap was the greatest I could think of in previous life.i had way more speed in adapting to different situations and even in learning different language,the internets every movement ,I could gain experience 20 times more faster than others, and my int was a top tier mind for a human,

My iq was at 250 (25 int) in there not the best but still in top tier list I could easily memories alot of things fast.and be creative with it,I can't believe depression had caused such an effect to my adap an int.
