A Vampire

Sora stepped forward, and as he stepped forward, Sora felt as if he was trying to walk through a balloon of some kind. Sora stopped for a moment and felt the space he was trying to enter, after a moment, his hands slowly phased through allowing him to pass through.

stepping into this other world, Sora sense instantly covered all of it, it was a small world, only slightly smaller than the village outside. Sora looked around and found a cave surrounded by undead not too far away, there he saw an old man who was chained up to a rock moaning in pain.

Sora walked over to the old man, the old man weakly looked up at Sora, Sora had badly damaged his old man and almost killed him, so, of course, he had suffered a huge amount of metal damage. lucky for him, he didn't put more than 20% into controlling that zombie, but losing more than 10% of one mind was huge

"a total of 150 undead, it seems like you were aiming to turn yourself into a zombie to run away," Sora said calmly while looking at the undead, which were blankly standing there, no longer was someone controlling them.

the old man hearing Sora's words was enraged, with a thought he took control of all of the undead and had them all rush toward Sora. the strongest one here was at level 4 body tempering realm, of course, the old man didn't think they would stop Sora, he wanted them to slow him down,

at the same time, the old man who looked as if he had a foot in the grave suddenly grew muscles from his skinny boney body grew out, and with a yell, he pulled hard on the chains. Sora ignored the undead while calmly watching this scene, the old man's arms were slowly ripped off his body

starting with the left arm, Sora watched as the old man left arm ripped off, sending blood all over the place, next was the right hand. it was a blood scene, but the old man didn't seem to care at all about the loss of blood, his feet were ripped off, finally setting him free.

walking on his bloody and footless legs, the old man's energy began absorbing the deathly Qi from the undead, he was going to transform into an undead.

"it would be troublesome to heal you if you're an undead," Sora said softly as he waved his hands, Ice flew out, freezing the old man. even the old man's mind was frozen with his ice. Sora stepped forward, and the earth turned into spikes which killed all of the undead.

holding out his hands, strings gathered, taking the sword of a sword, and with a swing, the chains were destroyed, and Sora took the arms and legs into his storage string, along with the old man's body.

'it's weird, the Sword King was walking onto the right path.' Sora thought while looking at his sword. not too long ago, Sora had gotten his hands on the sword king technique,

in that technique, one sword intent was like the outline of the sword, but that was only part of the first half of the technique. Sora hasn't trained in it as he was worried about walking the wrong path, but ever since he reached level 8 in [Armsman] he realized that he was worrying for nothing, the technique and Sora's sword were walking down a similar path

the intent of the weapon was the design, outline, and future hope of the sword, it determines the sharpness of the sword. cultivate it to a point, and even the strongest metal in the world would be destroyed,

The sword will be the steel metaled into the outline of the sword, the stronger one sword will is, the stronger one's sword would be, until all things are untouchable or touchable can be cut with the sword,

Sora was of course planning to go get the rest of the sword king inheritance, once he did, then his [Martial Arts] and [Armsman] would have a huge boost in XP since he would know what he was improving upon.

"Now, why was a level 6 Qi refiner sealed away here?" Sora asked said calmly before taking out the old man from his storage ring, with a wave the ice metaled and the old man returned to his movement of absorbing the Death Qi, but he froze seeing he was right before Sora.

to him, he just teleported before Sora once Sora waved his hands. did Sora's teleportation make him wet and cold, he was wet all over, but he quickly noticed the frozen zombies all over the place. Sora didn't give the old man time to think, strings entered his forehead, and the old man began giving him the information he wanted

this old man has sealed up here 50 years ago, he was only the first layer of defense that sealed away the true danger within this world. he was from an evil organization that called themselves Hades, they were all about evil undead and stuff.

within this region, 50 years ago, they found the vampire. jumping at the chance to refine this unique type of undead, the organizations fought for it, catching the attention of the righteous cultivators.

in the end, a war was started, but the righteous cultivator one and ended up sealing away members of Hades into this space. this old man used to be far stronger, him being the first layer was due to him being the first layer of defense. to make people think this was a normal space, they went out of their way to put this man up there and make it seem as if this seal was to stop him.

but in truth, the rock he was on was the entrance to the second layer. but in the many years that passed, someone has been absorbing this old man's lifeforce, making his cultivation drop. whatever happened also weakened the seal, allowing villagers who neared this place to have a chance to enter this space. the chances were low, but many reals of passage, the old man slowly weakened this, allowing those who wanted to enter to enter, and those he didn't want to not to enter

like this, he slowly turned the villagers into undead, and began planning his escape, he also wanted to draw over some cultivator, as by doing so he would have more lifeforce to feed upon to better turn into a stronger undead, he was already at the end of his lifespan,

he was feeding Qi for the past 50 years, and Qi wasn't something one can survive off forever, his body was weak, and he was a step away from death, the only way to get out of death's reach was to become an undead.

'did the sect know about the seal?' Sora thought while freezing the old man once more and throwing him into the storage ring. the mission was to only collect information, this should mean the sect knew something about this.

walking over to the huge rock the old man was chained up to, Sora tried to push the rock, but it was too heavy, he couldn't even shake it. Sora frowned for a moment, before he entered his lighting mode level 5, with his strength doubling, Sora let out a soft cry before he pushed with all his strength,

at the same time, the earth moved growing hands to help him push the rock, but after a minute of pushing and seeing he could only move it about a finger away, Sora had no choice but to take a step backward.

'level 5 did some damage, but recovery kept up... but I guess ' SOra thought as he looked at the light injuries which slowly disappeared as they appeared. Sora was covered in a chaotic lightning aura, his hair was standing straight up at the moment, while his body was flowing with power.

'then let's push my body to its fullest,' Sora thought as he gathered all of his strength into his fist, veins grew all over his fist as he was taking power which was once evenly spread all over Sora's body, Sora looked at the blood red fist for a moment, before he sent strength into his legs before Sora let out a roar as he grabbed the rock and slowly picked it up,

doing this, his veins exploded, Sora ignored the pain before throwing the rock to the side revealing a hole that went underground. Sora felt light-headed, but he quickly returned his strength to spread evenly out into his body, allowing him to breathe.

what he just did was use [Power] unique ability, instead of having Sora's Strength spread out evenly to his whole body, Sora forced it to the important things. doing this could allow Sora's strength to increase by up to 10 times. adding the lightning mode on top of that, that was a 20 times increase in Sora strength,

'what drag,' Sora thought as he jumped into the hole, he fell for some time, before he found himself within another space, but this time it was the size of a large room. upon arriving here, Sora saw many chained-up people, some were undead, while others were old men. but they were all dead, as something stole all of their life forces

Sora looked around for anything that could stop him from reaching the 3rd layer, but he found nothing, slightly confused, Sora jumped into the whole which was hidden well, as for how he easily found it, there were many possibilities out there some were lucky to find it on their first try

'these other possibilities of myself, they all seem to have the system.' Sora thought calmly as he found himself within the 3rd layer. sure these other possibilities of Sora all had their systems, but Sora ignored them the other possibilities, as he looked at the dead runes all over the place.

Runes within this place were formed into an array. when a person right a rune, they were simple words, master runes high enough and you can form arrays, there were many types of arrays, killing, defense, summoning, support, and many more.

Sora of course could already form arrays, with [words] at level 8, he could easily do something like this, but then again, his strength limited his capabilities with them.

stepping forward, Sora studied all of them while heading to the next entrance to the 4th layer, there Sora found a maze. Sora saw the future, and he easily moved through this maze, of course, the maze was not simple, it had the unique ability to make one lose their way, but it was dead.

soon, Sora reached the way to the 5th entrance, upon entering, Sora saw a little pink little girl who had rusted chains stabbed into her body. she was naked. the little girl's nose twitched slightly, she slowly opened her eyes, revealing her red pupils.

"a clone..." She said with a frown, this clone had lifeforce which she could sense, but upon taking a good look at it, it was not a living being, but a clone made so perfectly that she thought it was a living being.

"sharp for a little girl," Sora said with a smile, the little girl snorted slightly before she opened her mouth and breathed in. Sora's eyebrow raised as he sensed the energy from him being sucked away, Sora rubbed his chain slightly while watching this, how could he defend against such an overpowered ability?

this little girl was only at level 10 body refinement, yet up above beings cultivation maybe at level 10 or higher Qi refinement were dead because of her, She of course needed time to such them dry, maybe many years to do so, but they couldn't resist.

'such pure lifeforce.' the little girl never tasted lifeforce like this, and to think this was only a clone, just who was going around giving their clones their lifeforce? just who had so much energy to waste? if they wanted to waste it, they should come to her, she would happy to help them waste it.

"Cough Cough Cough!!!" the little girl suddenly bag to badly cough, she began spitting out the lifeforce she eat, her lips were a bright red, and she felt as if they were burning. smoke was coming from his mouth, nose, and ears,

"w-what did you do?" She yelled angrily, almost in tears, Sora smile slightly while looking at her reactions,

"I call it Scorch style. you should be careful, it could steam you from the inside out." Sora said as he held a finger that had a burning red orb, this was old she was absorbing it just a moment ago, the little girl's face darkened seeing the orb, and she angrily looked at Sora,

"Now, to take back what you took," Sora said as he breathed in, the little girl froze slightly as she felt the energy she just took from Sora being sucked back by him. Sora simply copied her actions, a new way to improve his [Breathe], this moment allowed Sora to think of the ways he could improve this ability

"stop, I'm sorry alright." She yelled in panic, Sora's lifeforce almost allowed her to break through to the Qi refinement realm, but Sora took it all back, Sora only stopped when he took back what was his,

"my lifeforce is unique, I can understand why you want it... so, little girl, you wanna tell me a thing about yourself?" Sora asked as he removed his mask, stunning the little girl with his looks, but she quickly turned away as she blushed slightly

"Alright, I will go first, my name is Sora. a half-human," Sora said with a charming smile, the little girl's eyes widened slightly hearing Sora was a half-human, she sized Sora up once more before she realized something

"that red hair, it's famous within the demon race azure race, its noble family." She said in shock, but she shook his head, what were the chances that a noble family would do something like sleeping with a human? they would be killed at the first moment

"little miss is sharp," Sora said with a smile, he of course didn't expect to be of the royal family, but he was going to act as if he already knew. the little girl was stunned for a moment before she nodded slightly, she could understand why Sora had his mask even more, if someone guessed he was not a human, it would not be hard to guess he was a demon,

"I'm... Krul Bloodfallen, of the vampire royal family. it's a pleasure to meet sir Sora." She said after some hesitation since Sora opened up to him, and she felt some pity for him, it would be rude of her to not give him some face.

"my rudeness for not realizing it was you, if it's not too rude of me asking, may I know why the young princess is so far from her home?" Sora with a smile, the vampire royal family, Sora didn't know much about them, but he knew like many royal families it had many branches

although vampires were called undead, the pure blood was not undead. they could have children and such, it is when one is turned into a vampire that they are considered undead. Vampires originated from a powerful bat that evolved, over many years, vampires branched off from the beast race and became a race of their own,

undead? demon? sub-humans? beast? they could be called all of that, but at the same time none of that, they were like their own race.

"... my royal family picked the wrong side, and we lost. in the end, we had to run so all of us were not destroyed. I was separated from my elder brother and was captured by evil organizations, in the end, I was sealed away here by hades' leader." She said softly, making Sora's eyebrow raise, why would the leader betray his people?

"they were going to lose, so to survive and fight another, he did this, the righteous cultivators didn't push on, as if the Hades leader and the others gave it their all, they could do a lot of damage, plus they couldn't hold hade's leader, he could have run away whenever he wanted. so, they had no choice but to go with his plan." She said seeing the look in Sora's eyes.

"But while sealed up, I awakened my unique physique, so for the past many years, I have been absorbing people's lifeforce to survive, I know that Hade's leader has been waiting for me to die, that way he would carry out with his plans, but this physique of many came in use," she said with a smile, before realizing she spoke too much, Sora Charisma was too much.

"I see... I'm sure you are bored of staying here, you want to follow me?" Sora asked with a smile, the little girl's eyes brighter slightly hearing his words, but she shook her head, Sora was only a level 5 body refiner, it would be shocking if he would even damage these chains.

for 40-plus years, she was been absorbing the chains of all of their energy, but even so, she would need hundreds of years to complete, a huge amount of time.

"you have so little path within me? I Sora have taken a liking to you, so I will not only take you, I will become your shield. I only ask for your trust." Sora said as strings gathered forming into a sword, the little girl blushed hearing Sora's words, but her eyes slowly widened when she felt the powerful sword will, and sword intent coming off Sora.

"I call this dust style," Sora said as a cub covered the sword, the cub slowly turned to swallow the sword, taking on the shape of the sword within Sora's hands,

"with dust style, everything shall be disintegrated on a molecular level. adding this with" Sora said as the space around Sora began to be cut by his sword style, the little girl's eyes shrank seeing Sora was fusing many things into his sword, lightning, space, time, and Yin Yang.

"what can I not cut?" Sora asked softly as he entered level 5 lightning mode, sent 100% of his strength into his arm, forced all of his movement to his arms, and all of his attention onto the chains,

taking a deep breath, the world came to a stop before Sora, Sora stepped forward within this still world, and with a swing of his sword, his hands exploded, his arms and bones were covered in cracks, only being held together by Sora's energy and strings.

"Full Power Cut," Sora said, this was the name of the cut, a full power cut that even he couldn't handle. putting the sword away, Sora calmly watched as time slowly returned to normal, the little girl slowly fell to the ground, in shock,

all 4 chains that were stabbed into her body suddenly cut, this was something she never expected, but her heart instantly began to ace when she saw Sora's arms which no longer had flesh, she saw the bone hands and almost cried, she only stopped when she saw the bones putting themselves back together, and flesh quickly growing on Sora hands, it barely took a second

the little girl saw anything so overpowered, her eyes were sharp she saw how Sora was good as new, just who gave birth to this freak? She felt like she wasted her sadness on the wrong person,

Sora looked at the little girl slightly before walking over to her, the little girl blushed slightly seeing Sora bringing his face closer to hers. Sora ignored her reactions and sniffed slightly, the little girl's blush grew, and she quickly pushed Sora away while covering herself as if she saw a pervert

'she is... too pure.' Sora thought with a deep frown, he never sensed anything that didn't even have a dot of darkness within them, she was pure good, something which confused Sora, how could someone so bright live after everything she went through?

her family pretty much being destroyed, her being captured, only to be sealed away here for 50 years, how could anyone remain so pure?

"so, how does your absorbing ability work?" Sora asked softly, ongoing her angrily reactions,

"what do you mean? I can absorb all types of energy, even the energy that makes up items like metal could be absorbed by me." She said pridefully before she realized she shouldn't tell people such information,

"then why did you stop absorbing the energy up there?" Sora asked, the little girl pouted slightly thinking about what was going on upstairs, long ago there was so much energy she could absorb form, but it up and died out before she could absorb all of it, she couldn't even absorb all of it, as due to the distances, some energy was lost, if none was lost, then she would already be at the Qi refinement realm, maybe even at level 7 or higher

'she doesn't know that she killed at least 10 people, would that break her?' Sora thought as he looked into a different possibility where Sora put this experiment to the test, and as expected she broke down. unlike when she was absorbing Sora's energy, Sora was just a clone, and it was not like she was going to take everything, she was not so rude.

but she took so many people's lives, and slowly and painfully, how could a little girl like her take this? She blamed herself to the point she died of guilt, stunning not just Sora, but his many parallel selves that were watching this.

"interesting, she is pure to death. let's see if I can slowly make her turn dark," Sora thought as an evil smile almost grew on his face, but he stopped seeing that the little girl was looking at him, holding his hand out, Sora had strings gathered to form a string, which went on to turn into clothing

"put them on, and I like grown women... not children," Sora said with a shake of his head, the little girl was stunned for a moment, who was a child here? but upon looking at her face, her face darkened, she was over 55 years old, and she was like 4 times older than Sora. the only reason she looked young was that the more energy she absorbed, the younger she got.

she was pretty much important because of her unique physique, the more lifeforce, the younger she would be. but Sora didn't bother to listen to her, he went upstairs and looked at the many dead bodies, he wanted to collect their bones, but the bones were useless as just touching them turned them to dust, and she sucked everything out of them.

meanwhile, the little girl looked at the chains where stabbed into her body, after taking a deep breath, she pulled them out of her arms and legs, she was stunned to see that her recovery speed was only slightly slower than Sora, as, within a second, the hole in her arms were healed up, but she felt like she got older with this actions.

she looked at the clothing Sora made for her, before looking at herself. gritting her teeth, she put the clothing on and began heading up to follow Sora, but she quickly noticed that there was a pull of Sora's blood on the ground which was slowly turning back into energy

she hesitated for a moment, but seeing as the speed they were turning into energy was increasing, she opened her mouth, sucking the blood into her mouth. her body shook from the huge amount of pure lifeforce Sora's blood held, and to think this was just a clone,

'i broke through.' She thought in joy, seeing her Qi Sea had turned into a water state, she thought and black wings grew from her back, before she shot up, following her.
