I stood there frozen at the top of the stairs like a statue, after overhearing the conversation that was going on between Elisabeth and another woman.
Elisabeth is dressed in a beautiful blue, covered-up dress that complimented her fair skin and short hair and she was standing by the buffet with a glass of wine in her hand talking to another woman who seemed to also be an alpha,
and apparently, her name is Emilia, and is a mother to some son which Elisabeth is trying to introduce to my own fucking mate.
Both of them were standing far away and the only reason why I could hear their conversation was my supernatural sense of hearing.
" Liam, are we going there too?" I was pulled out of my thoughts by Alex who nudged my hand.
