Chapter one

Ida's POV

It's been just one week since I started schooling at Green lake High.I stayed invisible throughout my first week 'coz I don't want the memories of my former school to come to reality.

I liked it that way.

Invisible.

Just a nobody.

Alone.

I didn't want to be bullied like I used to in my former school.This is the third time I have actually changed schools in this country and so far,this has been peaceful. It's not like I actually stayed long in my former school.

I stayed just a week in my first former school and just five days in my second former schools.

It's not like it's my fault.Being a billionaire's daughter means transferring to many schools and traveling around the world.

I don't think there's any country i haven't been to.

Just a week is enough for me to everyone in school  since the names of populars and jocks come across  my everyday life in school.The nerds get bullied by their lockers or a fight is usually heard in the cafeteria and the Goths just hide their actual faces in their makeup.

I stepped  out of the black Ferrari  my driver, Michael  always dropped me at school with.I waved at him and headed  for the hall entrance.

The hall was filled with students,some packing their books from the locker whiles some of the popular girls kissed the lips of the popular  boys.I bowed my head to not attract attention.

THUMP!

My head hid something as hard as rock.I rubbed my forehead with my fingers to soothe the pain.I lifted my head to see the tall muscular figure above me.He was taller than me but I could see his blue sparkling eyes,his well combed Brown hair and his perfect jawline.He had an angry expression on his face.

"Dumb ass nerd look what you've done"he told me,his voice very hoarse.His hands pointing to the direction where I had done the damage

"I'm ve-ver-ver-very sorry I didn't notice you "

"That's because you've kept your head down"

All eyes where on us now.

"Clean the coffee off my sneakers and off my shirt"

"But I don't have any tissue"

"I don't care just get the damn thing of my shirt and I want it clean" The crowd infront of us was opening  in two halves.A girl sashayed between the thin space.She was Hailey Asgot."What happened here  baby"she asked when she positioned herslf beside  her boyfriend.Andrè Jones.The guy I spilled coffee on.She took a quick glance at me and turned back to Andrè.

"Did she do this to you "she asked in her sweetest voice. She turned around and slapped  me.Right on the cheek. My cheeks were burning with heat.I was about to give her what she deserved when the bell rang.The crowd dispersed.

I placed my lunch tray containing  french fries and ketchup along with some salad and  apple on the the table.I was sitting alone.A few minutes later a girl joined me.

Xoey's POV

I looked  around the canteen to spot the prfect place for me.

Not the popular table .Not the jocks.Not the the goths either

I spotted I girl sitting  alone.

I sat across the table.She was very pretty despite  the glasses she wore.She had black eyes and he mouth was very pink and smooth.Her face so smooth and her small pointed nose made her look like a model. "Hello"I said

She looked up to see where this mysterious voice of mine came from."Hello "she responded.Then she looked down at her food. I began to eat.I could hear sniffs and I saw tears falling into her food. Was she crying? What was she crying about? "Are you crying"I asked her. No response. I repeated my words.She looked  up from the table and rubbed her face with the tip of the sleeves of her big hoodie."I'm not crying"she answered.

"Stop lying"I said, I know you are""Let me guess you're  crying because you got bullied or something.If that's the case you're going to get used to it"

She didn't answer."You know, I began ,I used  to be bullied like  you before but it'll all stopped when you try to stay out of their way,like I did".

"Thanks "She said.I nodded.

"I even forgot to introduce myself,I'm Xoey Cassman"

"I'm Ida Hall" We shook our hands

"Nice to meet you"she added.We ate in silence.
