I felt my bones cracking.

My chest molding

My innards popping

*POP*

My spine breaking to reform into two.

My arms and legs extending.

My neck popped up.

Jaw cracking and teeth growing.

I tried to scream. But, It was no use. Once the evolution was complete. I checked my status.
