Spirometer

I thanked Ishan in my heart for not coming to school that day.Rashi started painting Krishna and Radha on diya and I did nothing but watch her. Around 3 o' clock the painting is completed and it is awesome and when we are about to leave then Ishan came to school.

I laughed and said, "Rashi don't show what we did and let him find out on Deepotsav"

"Ok , agreed ",she said.

Ishan requested her to tell him about what we did for Deepotsav.

Rashi asked, "Ishan, do you have any ideas for Deepotsav?",

I want to say that he has none and if tells me any idea, I thought, I would fight with him as rashi worked very hard and painted the diya.

he replied, "I have no idea".

I am really thankful that he is my best friend.

Next day I attended Deepotsav for the first time and went to the room where diya's from every team are placed in a room and people are coming and going out of the room and watching the diya's painted by students from different classes.I want to give rashi 1st price in Deepotsav but I came to know that there aren't any competitions or prices.

I entered the room where diya's are placed and there she was standing in white dress looking like an angel beside the diya she painted.I went and stood beside her.

Our Hindi teacher came and asked "who painted this diya which has Radha and Krishna?"

Rashi replied, "It is painted by me and Reynash".

A Hindi teacher stood there watching for a while and said that it is nice just like us.I started blushing and Ishan entered the room while the hindi teacher left the room. Rashi said that she needed to go home and asked me and Ishan to represent our diya.

"Ok",I said and as soon as Rashi left, I gave total responsibility to Ishan and said that it is his punishment for not coming to school on time yesterday and I left for my home.

For few days I didn't met Rashi and it is around January 1st week Rashi talked with me again and said that she has finalised the project Breath In! Breath Out!. I agreed without even knowing what the project is about.

"We will discuss about the project in the evening and we will start building it" , rashi said.

And as always I said, "Ok".

We discussed about the materials required for the project in the evening and as well as procedure to prepare the Spirometer. It is a biology experiment which is helpful to determine whether boys and girls have the same lung capacity.Whatever rashi said is completely greek and latin to me, as I started taking studies seriously just last year itself.

I thought Rashi would become a doctor in future and for sure I will also become a doctor and will be with her. After school , I used to go to Rashi's house and we started preparing the project Spirometer.

The Materials we used in our project are :

a large plastic bottle (2 liters),

a large deep bowl a measuring cup or a graduated cylinder,

tape ,

scissors,

a 12 inches or 30 cm of long flexible tubing.

We finally finished the project by February 5th and are waiting for February 10th. Each day Rashi made me listen to the project so that I would not forget any questions and I would know in detail about the project we prepared. Finally, the day we waited for has arrived and we stood at the place allotted to us and placed our project on the table given to us.

As many saw what we did is something new and started asking hell lot of questions , I answered patiently for a while and got irritated, there is someone from another school with her laptop sitting on a bench nearby , I don't know what kind of project she did,

Rashi said, "Take rest for a while and I will explain about the project as well as clear their doubts about the project".

I asked, "Are you sure?".

"Ofcourse, my idiot", rashi replied.

I went to the bench where the girl with her laptop is sitting and she is wearing Purple Full Rim Round Small Fallon Colby Optimus Eyeglasses and looking at the laptop and no one asked about her project , I sat beside the girl and thought she might have desinged a game.

"Hi, I am Reyansh, what is your name?", I asked.

"Hello, I am Saanvi", she replied.

"What is your project about?", I asked.

"It is about Internet privacy and explains how easy it is to collect information on the Internet about anyone and how we can take precautions to keep our information private.",she replied.

I noded my head as if I understood what she is saying and took her laptop with her permission and logged into my facebook from her laptop as it is connected to the wifi in our school.

I asked, "What is your facebook Id?".

she took some time while I am scrolling the newsfeed.

"It is Saanvi Radhakrishnan", she replied.

I searched for her account, sent her a friend request and logged out of my facebook, gave laptop to her and told her that her project is nice.

I came back to Rashi and in the evening the winners were announced and Rashi and I won the 1st price and that girl with Purple Round Eyeglasses won 2nd prize. Rashi went to that girl and enquired about her project and rashi seems excited knowing about that girl's project. After the school when we were walking towards Rashi's home,

Rashi said, "I liked the concept of Internet privacy than our project Spirometer and what is your opinion?"

I just noded my head and asked rashi, "What will do after 10th class?"

"Inter ofcourse", she replied spontaneously.

"After that?", I asked.

Rashi replied, "I will do Btech in Computer Science Engineering".

I expected she would tell that she wanted to become Doctor but she told Computer Science and now I came to know what I should take after my Inter.After reaching Rashi's home she asked me to take the Prize Cup and I refused as she is the one who worked hard for the project.I returned my home after chatting with Rashi at her place for a while.

I logged into my facebook and found a new notification saying that, You are now friends with Saanvi Radhakrishnan.I searched for Rashi's facebook account and didn't find it, so I logged out of facebook, turned off the computer and started preparing for my Annual exams.
