Amber, Dawn, Thana, and Amdis, for Katherine they are her friends but without her knowing, they are her Royal Guards. Amber, her skills, she's the fastest but sadly, she can't let Katherine see her abilities so she has to be careful in her every move especially when she's with Katherine. Dawn, she's the strongest and yet, she can't win against Katherine in their duel. Thana, the healer vampire. And Amdis, she can stop the time. All of them were trained by none other than, Serafino himself. They had experienced hardships under the hands of their Elder. They undergo rigid training that sometimes, even if they are vampires they wanted to give up. But luckily, due to Serafino's guidance, they are now considered as the top Elite Vampires of Banpiroa Clan.

"What happened?" Amdis hurriedly went downstairs to check why Thana suddenly told her to freeze everything. Dawn and Thana pointed the man lying on the hospital bed. "What about him?" Amdis asked the two curiously. "Look at his neck." Dawn said. "What the fu...!" Amdis said when the man suddenly grab him and tried to bite her neck. Then, a gun fire was heard, the man's body turned into ashes. "How many times do I have to tell you that you cannot freeze a vampire." Serafino said while putting the gun back on his pocket. "Milord." Dawn, Thana, and Amdis spoke at once then bowed.

"Where's Katherine?" Serafino asked. "She's with Amber." Dawn said. "Clean up this mess." Serafino said. "Yes, Milord." The three of them answered in unison.

Serafino walked towards the OR. "Paps, why are you here? Oh, no, no, Paps,don't come in, this is a sterile area!" Katherine said pushing her grandfather outside the OR. While pushing her old man, Katherine noticed that there's something amiss going on outside. "Why.." Katherine wasn't able to finish her words because suddenly, everything goes back to normal in a blink of her eye. Katherine shaked her head. She thought that as if time have stopped for a while. The four Royal Guards felt relieved seeing Katherine went back inside the OR.

"Any problem, my princess?" Serafino asked. Katherine shaked her head for a NO answer but looked at her grandfather with narrowed eyes. "I told you this is a sterile area. Get out, get out!" Katherine said making Serafino smiled. "This is how you treat an old man? After what I have done for you?" Serafino faking his sulkiness. "Oh, come on, Paps, acting is not your style." Katherine said that made Serafino laughed. "Anyway, why are you here?" Katherine asked. "Just checking on you." Serafino answered. "Well, I'm still beautiful as ever." Katherine said boastfully. "Yeah, right." Serafino said and started walking away from her granddaughter. "Paps!" Katherine called her old man. Serafino looked back smiling. "I love you, Paps." Katherine said. "Love you too, my princess." Serafino said and left the hospital.

"Vladamir!" Serafino called his assistant. "Milord." Vladamir said bowing his head. "You know what to do." Serafino said and in an instant, Vladamir vanished into thin air.

He had to investigate what happened to the man and where did it happened. But for Serafino, he already knew. He only wanted for things to be confirmed.

Their whole shift was busy as ever. Time passed so fast and it was already 4 pm. "Kath, hurry up. Paps will punish me if you will not finish your routine today." Amber said waiting for Katherine to get out from the OR. "Where is she?" Dawn asked walking towards the OR. "Still inside. We had a blast a while ago and she had to finish the endorsements before leaving. "Why don't you help her?" Thana asked. "You know her, she will do every task that was given to her. She was scolded last week by our Head and she doesn't want to repeat the history itself." Amber said. "You know I can help." Amdis said smiling wickedly. "Don't you dare. Paps will kill us." Amber said giving a narrowed eyes to Amdis. "Just joking." Amdis said making a piece sign on her finger.

"Let's go!" Katherine said running towards the back door of the hospital. "She still has the energy, huh." Dawn said smiling. "Shit!" Amber suddenly swear. "What happened?" Thana asked curiously. "She got the keys. That brat!" Amber said and the rest laughed. "Guess this will be another one hell of a ride." Amdis said seeing Katherine on the driver's seat smiling devilishly waiting for them.

"I will really tell Paps that you're always stealing the keys. Slow down!" Amber said shouting and holding tightly on her seatbelt. Amber is the fastest vampire you'll ever known, she can even surpass the fastest car but riding on a car driven by Katherine, she really wanted to throw up. "Just enjoy the ride, Ambs. Look at those three." Katherine said looking at the three ladies at the back seat. Dawn and Thana looking outside the window while Amdis is sleeping. Amber rolled her eyes.

"Look out!" Amber screamed when a Bugatti Chiron exceeded them. "Woah!" Katherine said looking amazingly on the car. "A handsome car. Is the driver handsome too?" Dawn asked looking at Katherine smiling. "There's only one way to find out." Katherine said then stepped hardly on the accelerator.
