Finding.

"Who the hell is that?" Alex asked as he noticed an extremely weird person quite close to his place.

"Now see i... well, looks like we have met someone interesting Master," Botoz said as he flew in the sky looking down at the person with quite an interest.

"Damn holy crap." Alex also said this as he noticed who they managed to see.

The being in question had a distinct blue body, an almost tangible energy that gave an ethereal appearance. Its odd eyes were a pure shade of blue as it moved through the forest.

"Hey, do you need help, Senior?" Alex offered, aware of the situation...

"You... who are you?" The person inquired with an unusual voice, its tones clear at a singular frequency.

"My name is Ale— Zhi Li... I'm here to assist you, but..." Alex glanced at the buildings around.

"Seems like I arrived too late..." He sighed with regret.

"AGHHGHH!!!" The blue figure began glitching, extending tentacles before recoiling in agony.

"HEY!!! WHAT'S WRONG!!! YOU NEED TO GET OUT!!!" Alex understood the situation and infused his soul with Energy Milky Energy, healing the being.

"Ah... Thank you," the person expressed gratitude.

"No problem. Tell me, what happened here? Why are you like this?" Alex asked.

"I... I DON'T KNOW!!! I'm a warrior of this town, born and raised here," the being said, flying toward a building with such speed that Alex struggled to keep up.

"This is where I was before everything happened," it remarked.

"OHH..." Alex said this.

"I don't know, nobody probably knows except for the City Lord, i am a cultivator at a Soul Gathering Realm... even i have not managed to sense whatever was that made me perish, i think only He would be able to sense it with the Artifacts he had, They were powerful i think and extremely efficient that they managed to escape my senses." Being remembered what happened and shuddered even as something like he was now, In one second they were just playing around with some cultivation some training and with one swoosh everything turned off and they perished, this was a terrifying thing when you thought about it.

"Oh... I see, then what are you going to do? YOu are going to go possess someone?" Alex asked. he knew that most of the beings in this world would still not choose to do that, as explained before it was extremely risky to do and would most likely gamble, but if were some kind of Genious you could easily do a thing like this manage to survive and maybe you would be the first being who managed to gain their full power at being a possession, This was an interesting concept that would need an experimental exploring. Alex knew that he would not choose to do that as it was unethical... and he knew it, Alex didn't want to also do that because he had full ability to keep himself to the point he would not need that, His soul was enormously powerful and he would probably last quite a bit in the Soul form. still, he had no reason to go to that point when he would need to be in that, he would still be in the form he would choose. Alex thought about this and managed to think what... he would do if he needed to do something like that and he had a plan... to plan, Alex knew it was quite weird but a longshot plan but he would choose that plan over something like this. he would at least have a little bit of hope that he would still choose his own body.

"I don't know... Agh..." The being's existence dimmed.

"You're not an Overlord; you won't maintain this Existence for long. Being a ghost for this period... looks like you were skilled with treasures," Alex noted.

"I see... I just want to know who did this..." The being looked around.

"I'll find whoever did this... I promise to bring them here to avenge everyone. You just need to find peace and stop this..." Alex assured, sensing the disappearing Soul.

"Really?" the being asked.

"Yes, just let go and move on to reincarnation," Alex encouraged.

"Thank you then..." The being faded away.

"Oh, by the way, what's your name?" Alex asked.

"My name is Yuanling Minghui..." Being said this and disappeared.

"Wait... What... Wait..." Botoz and Alex stopped for a moment and their mouth went open real fast.

"SHIT!!!" Alex yelled this out and tried to sense Yuanling Minghui...

"Did we just see... The Ruler Of Supreme Hammers?" Alex questioned.

"It... was someone else... right?" Botoz shuddered, looking up.

"Yes..." Alex agreed and headed toward the center of the town. It wasn't the time to contemplate the figure who had revolutionized Blacksmithing in this world.

Shen Longwei stood facing someone far away.

"So it's you..." Shen Longwei's eyes glowed in a blue hue.

"Ohhh? You still here, Traitor?" a voice echoed from the crack.

"Who are you?" Shen Longwei inquired.

"It doesn't matter. You won't be here much longer," the voice vanished.

"Bastards!!!" Shen Longwei lashed out with a punch...

"Damn, it appears whatever caused this town's downfall didn't focus on destroying the buildings. Everything's wrecked, except for that," Alex observed, surveying the area where even the City Lord's building remained unscathed.

"Hm? I don't see signs of a battle here. It's true, whatever it was, it was exceptionally skilled. There's no evidence of conflict," Alex noted, examining the area where numerous individuals had sensed the disturbance.

"This is incredibly intriguing," Alex remarked, noticing the modernized and artistically adorned furniture.

"These swords have engravings," Alex said in amazement when he noticed the carvings on the swords.

"How did they manage this? People here usually carve sheaths, not the swords themselves..." Alex pondered and picked up a sword.

"This is a masterfully crafted sword..." Alex praised, but in an instant...

"Oho? Seems I need to find this thing. It's remarkably odd, but..."
