EPISODE 3 - Investigating the Case of the Fifth
"No, I haven't," Lelia proclaimed.
"What? Really? I was sure that people would be talking about her mainly because she's the most popular out of the 7. That being said, I guess you're new and people wouldn't really talk about paranormal activity right on the first day of school, would they?"
"Maybe, unless the place was haunted."
"OHHH~" she tried to make her voice ominous, "this place is very haunted."
"Really now?"
However, recalling the events that took place in the girls' bathroom, she analyzed the situation further, "Though she said it in a jokey manner, I don't think she's lying. This school has been giving an off vibe. But nothing as heavy as when I passed through Osamu earlier."
"Hirata-san reminds me of Hanako-san of the toilet, don't you think?"
"Yuuka. I mean Yuuka-san? Yeah. Is there a rumor about the stairs of the second floor or any suspicious sightings near the area like apparitions?"
"Hm, yeah in fact there is!"
"I knew it!"
"Better sit down for a while sister, this is gonna be one tragic story."
Yuuna clears her throat and begins to tell the tale of one apparition, "This is the story of the 5th wonder of the school, Takahashi-kun of the Stairs. 40 years ago, when the school was still new, there was someone named Takahashi-kun, he was a normal student like any other, though he was someone who was witty and bright, he was also someone susceptible to the claws of love. One day, he fell in love with a girl and mustered the courage to confess to her, it was said that he confessed on either the 3rd or 4th floor, but the girl he confessed to ended up making fun of him and even had the audacity to mock him. She embarrassed him by calling out his name to the whole class who like her, laughed at his confession, so he ended up crying. He went down the stairs in a hurry and accidentally slipped at the 2nd top floor, at exactly the 2nd top stair from the top, and met his untimely end when his head hit the edge of the 2nd step from the bottom."
"So many seconds, no wonder it was cursed."
"There have been many records of students tripping over at exactly the 2nd top and 2nd bottom steps of the 2nd floor, luckily, there have been no records of deaths but only minor injuries."
"That's a pretty sad backstory."
"I know. And did you know that the time they usually happen ranges from 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM, I guess we were pretty lucky to not get hit weren't we?
"I better watch my step next time. But what about the screaming I heard back in the girls' bathroom? Was that Hirata-san of the Stalls?" she wondered.
"Yuuka, can you tell me about Hirata-san of th-"
"Speaking of time, what time is it?" she butted in.
The bell rings, and lunchtime has just ended.
"OH NO! WE HAVE TO GO NOW!" Yuuka shouted.
"BUT-"
"WE HAVE NO TIME, LET'S GO NOW!" she shouted as she tugged her hand up the stairs.
The two ladies reached class in time but her head wasn't satisfied with what she got. She was utterly curious as to what and who the Seven Wonders of the School really were.
"I hope no one gets severe injuries from these events."

"What if my classmates get hurt by them?"
She was thinking deeply about this, "Now that I know about these things, I can't really ignore them."

"What am I saying? No matter what, I would've encountered them at some point, so if I'm gonna face them, I might as well do it as early as possible, I don't want anyone else getting hurt from these events."
She looked outside the window, beyond it was the yellow, bright sun.
"It may seem foolish, but I'm not the kind of person to leave these kinds of things alone. Especially knowing that I have the power to solve them, then I have a responsibility to do so.
She dug through her own bag where two small jars of water were to be seen in it.
"My father makes sure that I always bring two jars of holy water with me at all times. Because only he and I know, that I have the ability to see the supernatural."
She brought out her own black-colored advanced cellphone and typed, "Dad, I might stay out late tonight."
Not too long after her dad typed, "Alright, just make sure to come home safe tonight!"
She smiled at the heartwarming message her dad sent her.
"I don't much about Hirata-san of the Stalls, so I think I should go for Takahashi-kun of the Stairs."
She peered at Yuuka-san who was earnestly listening to class.
"Should I go and ask her more about Hirata-san?"
She shook her head.
"No, not yet."
Reminded of the horrible experience she just had, she decided to avoid the case of Hirata-san.
"She's dangerous, I have to at least get to know one of the wonders to make a guess for how strong the spirit may be."
She held a serious expression on her face.
"Then it's decided. I will go an exterminate, or exorcise the 5th Wonder."
She waited for school to end.
4:00 PM
The bell rings, it is time for dismissal. The students are one by one getting out of their chairs. Yuuka stands up and faces Lelia.
"Lelia-san!" she said in a very cheeky manner.
"Y-Yeah?"
"Is it alright for you if we exchanged contacts?"
"Sure."
Lelia dug through her bag and grabbed her phone. She then gave it to Yuuka. Yuuka was typing whatever on Lelia's phone and took her phone, then she alternated her gaze from her phone and Lelia's phone vice versa.
After a tap on her phone, she cheered, "GREAT! THANK YOU, LELIA-SAN!"
She gave back her phone to Lelia and stuffed her own phone back into hers. She seized her bag and took off out into the door. But before leaving, she said goodbye to her, "SEE YOU TOMORROW!"
Lelia gave a smile with a wave of goodbye.
She sat there for an hour until everyone supposedly left the classroom.
She spouted something, "Not yet, I have to wait until nighttime."
Just outside the hallway, was Osamu. He was clearly murmuring.
He sighed, "How unfortunate. Why did my tummy have to go bad right at this time? And for the school to run out of toilet paper too."
But after approaching the classroom, he spots Lelia, patiently waiting.
"Hm? What is she doing here?"
