(3rd Person's POV)

A day later, All Might in his deflated form was riding on a taxi. He was just wearing a casual attire consist of plain white shirt and navy green pants which looks baggy on him.

When the taxi stopped in front of coffee shop, All Might went out while talking to his phone.

"Is this the place?"

*Yeah, Grandpa. The old man Sebastian was waiting for you inside.*

It was Roboco, Ichika's AI daughter who responded.

The taxi left and All Might went inside the shop.

He looks very worried and asked,

"Is it okay to let go of Ichika like that? He's going to attack Tartaros."

*Don't worry, Grandpa. I'm currently monitoring him and he's still currently preparing. He is making sure that everything goes well before he attacks.*

"I failed him... I can't say anything to stop him... I feared that he might turned into a villain because of my incompetence as a father." All Might became sad and frustrated at the same time.

*You can't do everything alone. It isn't even a year since adopted him as your son. You still don't know much how to handle a child. At a time like this, you have ask for someone's help. He is over there.*

All Might look around found the old man he's looking for and he is sitting on one of the table drinking coffee.

He went and sat in front of him.

After explaining everything what happened, the old man calmly spoke,

"I see... so that's what happened. You can't blame yourself since the one at fault are the corrupt leaders of that organization. Things became pretty dire because of their reckless movement and your son has decided to become a villain."

All Might looked down and clenched his fist on top of the table.

The old man looks at him serious expression,

"Before that, I have to ask you something."

"Huh?"

"Which is more important to you? Your hero image or your son?"

All Might's eyes widened in surprise,

"Of course, it's Ichika. I can still earned back my hero image but my son won't be able return back if he became a villain!" he answered with serious tone.

The old man smiled then took out a large folder from his bag then gave it to him.

"Fine then, here!"

"This is..."

When All Might opened the folder, he was completely shock.

"Yeah... those are the villains and corrupt heroes who are killed by Lady Nagant on her mission. The original President of the Commission always treated their workers as disposable assets, primarily using people from the underside of society to do their dirty work. When Pro Heroes committing crimes increased and became more organized, the Commission was no longer able to deal with them, and so, they turned to recruiting and using Pro Heroes so that they could freely move when going against other Heroes in public. They all did that for the sake of maintaining the perfect image of heroes and preserve peace. Those are happening behind your back without you noticing. What's horrible is that there might be some innocent involved and get killed without enough evidence." the old man explained while drinking his coffee.

All Might trembled, seeing the gruesome death in each pictures.

"This is what they call incompetence, right? They are doing something senseless to protect their fragile image. Falcon told us that this secret will be used by the villains someday to destroy this hero society. He was trying to prevent that."

All Might sighed then closed the folder after seeing every pages of it.

"Why did you show me this?" he asked.

"The truth is... I don't like this..."

"Huh?"

"Falcon was like cute grandson to me and seeing him dealing with this kind of things, I can't stomach it anymore. This should be our responsibilities as adults, not the children. Haven't you already noticed? Falcon is suffering because of this society! Being abandoned by his real parents, there's no one for him rely but only himself! He turned into this kind of child because of how unreliable the adults around him. Aren't we ashamed of ourselves, having him to deal with this kind of things at such young age?"

All Might wasn't able to say anything but stay silent.

"All Might, I have a favor to ask you." the old wants to request something from him.

"...What is it?"

"As the number one hero and the symbol of peace, you're the only one who can do this. We can't let that child carry the burden of this hero society anymore. A child should act like a child even he can turn into a adult. After all, you can only be a child for a short time."

"Okay, please tell me."

All Might looks determined for the sake of his son.

The old man told him everything about his plan.

- Few days later -

In a part of a city where there's a long bridge connected going to a heavily guarded prison, there was several Pro Heroes guarding the entrance gate.

One of them was R-Rated Hero: Midnight was looking around.

"Are they sure that Falcon became a villain and he's planning to attack the Tartaros?"

Beside her was a young woman who has big red-orange eyes and pointy teeth. Her most distinguishable feature is her long, flaming yellowish-green hair, with two bangs on each side, and a wider bang going from the center of her forehead to the right. The ends of her fingers are also notably pointed.

She wears a light-gray double-breasted mini dress with orange and black lining and slits on both sides of the skirt. Her collar, belt, and wrist guards are black with a smaller orange line, and the silver buttons resemble flat-headed screws. She also wears a belt with a temperature gauge on the front and a fire extinguisher on the back, black knee-high socks, and short black boots. Her mask is black and it is connected to a red headband.

She was a Pro Hero who works at Endeavor Agency as sidekicks and her Hero name is Burnin.

"All Might was the one who told us about it and he requested some backup to protect this place."

Glancing in front them was Endeavor standing with full of determination.

"Look! Our boss looks fired up." Burnin grinned.

"Our opponent is Captain Falcon after all. He rivals All Might in term of strength when he was still a Vigilante."

An small elderly man was sitting on the sideline spoke with serious tone.

He look around and saw that mostly top heroes came in the place to guard.

"You can see that a lot of pro heroes rejected the request to come here. Not only 'Villains' feared his name but also the 'Pro Heroes'."

"So we're fighting someone who's strong as All Might and can erase. A fearsome opponent indeed."

A slim, muscular man who stands a bit shorter than most of his top-class heroic peers suddenly appeared before them. He has gray hair shaped into three sharp points that cover the right side of his face and dark gray eyes, and he wears a mask over his lower face, covering his nose and mouth.

He has a hero costume adapts the appearance of a traditional ninja. He wears a blue mask that covers his mouth, tied at the back of his head with red yarn. His sports red shinobi shozoku underneath a blue robe. His arms are covered in a thin, dark cloth that tucks into his white forearm sleeves. There are red straps attached to his belt and his robe that extend outward.

"Edgeshot, you're here! Also, Best Jeanist!" Midnight noticed them.

Behind Edgeshot was a tall, slim man with an unnaturally long and flexible neck, as shown on several occasions, and dark, heavily-lashed eyes which appeared to tilt slightly inwards. He has rather long, blond hair which he wears combed drastically to the left, covering his left eye.

His hero costume consists of a pair of jeans, a denim waistcoat with two large breast pockets, and a denim dress shirt with a very high collar which covers his face up to just below his nose. He wears two belts, one around his collar and one around his waist, and short dark brown boots with thick gray shafts and soles.

"Regardless, we have to work together if we want to defeat him. Falcon is strong but there's a lot of us. Things might be working on our favor."

"You're binding might work on him." Midnight spoke.

"Pro Hero, Kamui Woods. Reporting for duty!"

Jumping down straight from the building was a young man with a rather muscular build, standing relatively shorter than other high-ranked Pro Hero. Underneath his helmet, he has puffy leaf-like hair, though his face is unknown since he has only been shown while wearing a mask. His hero costume is a dark blue bodysuit that includes a wooden belt, wooden knee pads, and wooden shoes. A small bundle of roses hangs from the left side of his belt.

"Wait for me! I'm the new Pro Hero, My. Lady!"

A curvaceous young woman who has purple eyes with white pupils and elegantly long eyelashes was running towards them. She has prolonged, voluminous, creamy blonde hair reaching down to her waist with two shorter strands curled to frame her face, parted slightly to her right.

Her hero costume is composed of a purple and pale tan-colored skintight bodysuit, which is accented with orange stripes. The suit appears to have a pair of purple gloves with orange accents on the edge of the cuff. The design is similar for her "boots" which are cut off at the thigh in a deep v-shape. The suit also has three peculiar orange diamond-shaped dots on the purple top that are located under her chest, and she also wears a purple domino mask with horn-like protrusions on the sides.

"Pro Hero, Gang Orca has arrived!"

A tall, well-built man whose body has the features of a killer whale was walking towards them with intimidating look . He has deep white eyes that feature several rings that circle his red pupils.

"Shield Hero, Crust reporting in!"

Another one was well-built man with black hair combed backward, with a streak of grayish-white hair running down from the center of his hairline.

His hero costume consisted of a black mask over his eyes, and attire similar to the armor Spartans would wear, including a green hooded cape and a black shirt that appears to be stitched down the middle with a red pattern.

"Lion Hero, Shishido!"

One by one, other pro heroes are arriving.

"Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha!"

"Ectoplasm!"

"BMI Hero, Fat Gum!"

"Pro Hero, Snipe!"

"Cementos!"

Midnight saw a lot of pro heroes arriving,

"Aren't we too many?"

"We're against Falcon after all." Best Jeanist responded.

*Rumble!* *Rumble!*

Suddenly, they heard a roar of thunder in the horizon of the sea.

"What?"

The sky slowly dimmed as clouds turned dark.

"What's going on?"

Some of the Pro Heroes became anxious while looking around nervously.

*Rumble!* *Rumble!*

"Everyone! Look!"

At a flash of bright light, a lightning with a form of dragon appeared in the sky.

Some Pro Heroes went panic seeing the huge lightning dragon facing towards them.

"What the hell is that?!"

"I don't remember seeing Falcon having this ability!"

The lightning dragon descended down and crashed on a empty road.

*BOOOOOOOM!*

After the explosion, in the middle of the crater was a person wearing an black armor with black cape and a helmet.

The can hear a long, heavy breathing from him.

*Heavy breathing~*

Just appearance alone, he already made the Pro Heroes intimidated as he stood up and walked towards them.

"Is that really Falcon?"

"He looks completely different!"

"That guy is scary."

Suddenly, they heard a loud music coming out from nowhere.

(Play: Imperial March - Darth Vader Theme)

"So what Toshinori told me is true. His real father was that man. Just presence alone is already terrifying enough." Gran Torino frowned.

The black armor stopped in front of them then he pointed towards them with his left hand.

"You have failed me for the last time, Pro Heroes. I already had enough!" he spoke with angry tone.

"I don't know what are you talking about, Villain!"

The other Pro Heroes was about to move and attack him,

"Ugh!"

Suddenly, Snipe floats in the air while holding his neck. He was having hard breathing.

From the others point of view, it looks like he was being choke.

"Snipe!"

"What going on?!"

Snipe immediately draw his gun and shoot the black armor,

*Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*

The black armor's right hand moved swiftly and easily caught the bullets.

Opening his hand, the bullets drops on the ground.

"Impossible!"

All the pro heroes was shock.

"Hurry! We have to save him quickly!"

"But how?"

The other Pro Heroes doesn't know how to save Snipe.

"Ichika!"

Mirko falls from above as she swings her feet downward towards the black armor.

"Luna Fall!"

The black armor jumped backwards and avoided the kick.

Mirko's kick destroyed the ground.

*Boom!*

Snipe was freed from being choke and dropped down on the ground.

"Ugh... What was that?"

"So Rumi... You decided to come." the black armor mumbled.

Mirko glanced at the black armor with anger.

"What's the meaning of this, Ichika? I would like to hear your explanation before I'll kick your ass!"

Ryukyu arrived in her dragon form behind Mirko.

"Rabbit Hero, Mirko! And Dragoon Hero, Ryukyu! Joining to defend Tartaros!" Ryukyu announced.
