Ichika heard the news that Endeavor and Hawk defeated the High End Nomu but both of them are full injuries and got sent to the hospital together.

He gathered the remaining top Pro Heroes and two weeks later, they are planning to raid the Jaku Hospital where All for One is hiding together with his remaining subordinates.

The police raid on Jaku General Hospital orchestrated by the Police Force led by Naomasa Tsukauchi and a large team of Pro Heroes led by Ichika with the intention of capturing Kyudai Garaki and All for One.

"Shouldn't we perform investigations first before launching this raid? What if we were just mistaken here?" All Might asked.

"Don't worry, I already spoke with the Police Force and presented them the evidences. Everything here is legal."

Detective Tsukauchi holds a meeting with all the members of the team before their mission begins. He explains that one of their primary targets is Kyudai Garaki, one of the main supporters of the original League of Villains, who has been masquerading as a normal doctor, founder of Jaku General Hospital and head of its board of officials. The all found out that All for One's corpse was missing the whole time and the first suspect was the owner of Hospital.

Naomasa announces that their first objective is to arrest the Doctor and stop All for One from awakening.

"Let's go."

Ichika was in his young adult form wearing his Captain Falcon costume and he leads the team of heroes inside Jaku General Hospital, surprising the staff members inside. Before long he's able to locate Doctor Garaki, who's calmly walking through the hallways of the medical center. Completely ignorant of the situation, the doctor thinks to himself about how All for One procedure will be finished within the few months. His daydream is interrupted when Ichika surprises him from behind by calling out the doctor as All For One's right hand and creator of the Nomu.

"Doctor Garaki! You're All for One's right hand, right? Where is he?!"

The Doctor turns around to see that Endeavor has found him out and screams in terror as a response to the realization of his perilous situation.

The Doctor runs in terror while Ichika and his team pursue. However, he falls over and begins to rapidly age as a result of Shota Aizawa's Erasure Quirk. Ichika surmises the registry was wrong and the doctor has a Quirk that de-ages him. Naomasa speculates on what the doctor has been using these types of Quirks for and Present Mic grabs the old man and demands to know why he didn't use these powers for the greater good.

He just found out from Ichika that he took his friend's corpse and turned him into a Nomu which made him and Eraserhead very furious.

The other doctors nearby intervene and force Present Mic to stop roughing up Kyudai. The heroes force them to evacuate with everyone else in the hospital. While most of the heroes focus on evacuation, Mirko heads straight for the morgue. Eraser ties up the Kyudai with his binding weapon and declares that this is revenge for everyone the doctor has messed with.

Ichika checks in with Mirko via a telecommunications device in their ears. She heads further into the hideout and discovers that down the dark hallways of the unused sector in the hospital, Nomu are beginning to emerge.

*Be careful! A bunch of Nomus are coming!*

Mirko warns Ichika and Nomus suddenly break through the walls of the hospital to attack the heroes. One of the larger Nomu manages to pierce the Doctor's body, revealing he was actually a double, created by a duplicated version of Twice's Quirk.

Ichika turned towards All Might as several Nomus jumped onto him. He avoided their attack without looking.

"I leave everything here to you, Dad. You've been itching to fight again after your retirement."

All Might thumbs up to him with his signature smile.

"I'll back up Mirko! Everyone, please be careful!"

Ichika opened a portal then he entered and disappeared.

Meanwhile, the real mad Doctor has been devoting all his time to All for One while his double has handled everything at the hospital. Knowing that all his life work is here, the Doctor regrets needing to flee the hospital. He orders Johnny to warp him and All for One away at once. However, Mirko suddenly bursts through the wall and crushes little Johnny with the debris.

"Found yah! Are you the real one?"

She asked and all he can do in response is once again cry out in terror.

"Waaahhh!"

"First! Let's find out if you're really the real one!"

"I'm not into violence!"

By crashing into the laboratory, Mirko destroys a number of Nomu tanks, and duplication equipment along with Johnny.

"Ichika! I think I found the real one here!"

She spoke to Ichika through the device but there's no response.

"Huh?"

Someone suddenly poked her sides and she freaked out.

"Kyaah!"

"I am here."

It was Ichika appearing suddenly behind her.

"What the heck, Ichika!"

Ichika was surprised when he saw a large Nomu wearing a tattered suit inside the chamber.

"That's..."

"What?! Captain Falcon!"

The doctor freaked out when he saw him too.

"Rumi!"

"You don't have to tell me!"

Mirko rushes the Doctor and threatens to kick him to figure out if he's a double. The Doctor screamed and he thought about activating the High-Ends. Before Mirko is able to hit him, another small Nomu named Mocha stopped her. The Doctor was proud of his little Nomu for rescuing him but Mirko killed it with a single kick. Swearing to avenge Mocha, the Doctor activated five High-Ends and ordered them to slaughter the heroes.

The High-Ends instantly converge on Mirko. Even though she's able to injure a few of them with a kick, she's sent flying into the walls of the laboratory by the advanced Nomu.

"Rumi, are you okay?"

"Ugh... I'm fine!"

Her head was bleeding but she was grinning.

Knowing her, Ichika just hid his concern for her and just focused on the enemies in front of him.

He quickly confronted by one of the five Nomu who recognizes him as a bounty hunter Captain Falcon.

"Captain Falcon... I'll never forgive... you."

"I will... kill you, Falcon."

"Revenge... Captain Falcon..."

"Kill... Kill... Kill!"

"Unforgivable... Falcon!"

The five Nomu are speaking and Ichika immediately recognizes them just from the tone of their voices.

"So, you guys are the one I caught during my bounty hunter times. Still resenting even after death."

The Doctor focuses on accelerating All for One's procedure while the High-Ends hold off Mirko and Ichika. The Rabbit Hero recovers from the surprise attack and expresses how excited she is things are starting to heat up.
