"Ugh, finally how did you even have such a brother Lenneza?"

"I don't know and I don't care. He's dead, just forget about him."

Lenneza sneered at the dead body of his brother, he was incompetent, repulsive, and disgusting in all regards. 

He made moves even to his sister, how can she just forgive him? Well now it doesn't matter, he's dead and that's what's important. 

Back at the graduation ceremony, Walter and his Harem managed to fend off the terrorists. 

"A fitting end for trash, am I right Walter?"

The woman who spoke to Walter seemed to have a cutesy voice, Which was Yula, Leonard's Ex-Fiancee. 

"Why even talk about something shameless? He was such a hateful guy! And here I was willing to give him a painless death if he asked forgiveness. Tsk!"

Walter gave a glare at Leonard's chopped-up body, he even spat on it. 

"Let's just go home! The graduation ceremony is ruined."

Yula hugged Walter and the rest of the Harem followed, However, Lenneza sighed. 

"What am I going to do to you Walter~"

She giggled and instead of going with the rest of the Harem, she regretfully had to go home and fix such a mess. 

When she got to Leonard's small room she couldn't help but be disgusted. 

"Ugh, he's probably hiding all of the disgusting stuff in here… playing with those women and still acting like a noble."

Lenneza called several servants to clean the room, it was the same day Leonard died but she couldn't care less. 

When she was taking a rest, lamenting the fact she couldn't go with Walter, she saw one of the servants carrying a notebook. 

"What's that?"

"Oh… Uhm… we found this secretly hidden in the cabinet compartment."

"oh?"

She chuckled and looked at the notebook. 

"Get me a pair of gloves and give me that notebook, let's see what my little brother is taking notes of."

When the servant gave her a glove Lenneza started opening the notes and what she found filled her with disappointment. 

"As expected nothing comes out of you."

She sneered and was about to tell the guards when the notebook was turned sideways, and the light revealed some texts momentarily. 

When the notebook closed she was confused, she opened it again, if she didn't train herself her perceptive self wouldn't have seen those. 

"What the…"

She turned the notebook at an angle on the light and saw some texts briefly shining. 

"What… what is this?"

"Duchess…"

"What?"

She looked at the servant. 

"We… We also found this."

It's an ink bottle with its label ripped off, the servant was about to throw it away when he noticed that the Duchess was seeing something on the notebook and decided to show her the suspicious ink bottle. 

"... Check the origin of that ink bottle, we might know something."

Lenneza contemplated what to do about the notebook for a while till she finally realized what the ink is for. 

The next day she got a report that the bottle of ink was a bottle of invisible ink, Lenneza asked the ones who moved Leonard's items if it held some sort of ink refilling device and there was. In the hidden compartment of the cabinet. 

"Hahaha… What the hell are you doing Leonard, being discreet like this?"

Is it probably a ledger? Evidence of crimes? When a servant gave her a UV flashlight in the guise of a pen, she finally tried reading the Notebook. 

However, when she thought it was some disgusting records she was met with a diary. 

She shone the UV light and started reading in her room, on an open balcony.

I was confused, that moment I was just playing in the park. I was hit with my previous life's memory. 

I was distraught and I couldn't help but be frantic about such short-term events. At that moment a "system" popped in front of me. 

The confusion went deeper, I found out I'm also a character in a book I used to read. It made me feel more dreadful than the moment I was killed in my past life. 

I have to act like a villain too, according to the system. Because if I don't the protagonist won't grow and the demon king might wreak havoc on humanity. 

What kind of responsibility is this?!

Lenneza laughed, it seems that Leonard's diary was a fun discovery for her. But the more she flipped the pages the more serious her face became.

What the fuck is Walter doing?! He left his sister behind knowing full well I'm HERE! Do I really have to fucking fix every plot deviation he causes? 

And more than that, he's just joining a tournament that wasn't even in the plot! His sister got in danger and I have to fucking rescue her. 

Thank god I made the Mana filter technique or else I would have run out of options. She got cornered by some third-rate fucking dudes trying to hit on her. 

The system wouldn't help me here so I have to rely on myself. I only bought a mask from the system as a precaution and saved her. I broke my wrist in this process. 

But at least it saved Abigail. She's adorable but I should not touch something I couldn't reach.

Lenneza tries to confirm the things written in the diary, she calls Abigail, Walter's sister. 

"Hm? Yes, someone did save me that day! I still remember him."

"oh, I see. Well thank you for telling me"

"Why? Did sister got saved by that man too?"

"Well…"

Yes, yes she got saved by that man, that's why she couldn't believe that Leonard even mentioned this in his diary. 

She almost missed such information if she let it go along with the other items. 

"I'll… I think I found out who he is, well ill tell you later Abi"

"aww... Okay sister"

"I have to go now… bye"

"Okay, Bye"

Lenneza continued browsing within Leonard's Diary every bit of information she read she couldn't help but have her heart sink. 

"Th-the overlord… what-what is that..?"

The overlord got mentioned a few times as well, what she knew about the overlord is that he's the main reason why Leonard had to act like a villain.

My sister has a pet lizard, the overlord… he wants me to progress the story by having Walter comfort my sister, conveniently something happens at this time.

There were obvious spots on the page where the papers got weakened as if Leonard was crying when he was writing the page. 

Lenneza stood up when she saw this information, she closed the diary and ran down the mansion. 

"Duchess?"

"Prepare a car, now! And tell the driver to go to Olmain Street!"

Lenneza had to confirm, now that she thought about it. Since when did Leonard do so much extensive damage? What happened to the servants he dismissed? Is it true that the ladies he brought in were drugged and even forced to do such vile things?

When Lenneza arrived at the Olmain Street she arrived at the very same pet sanctuary that the diary entailed. 

Asked the staff about the lizard named Andy. And to her surprise, they brought a Tegu lizard, with black and white spots. Instead of being happy, Lenneza's emotions were out of control. 

"Andy?"

The lizard responded to her call and even brushed up on her sleeve. Lenneza started having tears stream down her face. 

If she didn't get curious she would've had that diary in the trash. Well, that might be what Leonard wanted but she still was glad that a hidden diary within the notebook was discovered. 

She brought Andy back home but was asked by the staff. 

"Uhm… Ma'am, do you perhaps know Mr. Lian?"

"What?"

"Mr. Lian Said he would come back for the lizard and he comes back on Saturdays to check up with the lizard… and uhm… I haven't seen him today… "

Lenneza's chest felt like it was twisted, her heart sank as if it was being gouged out of her chest, she opened her mouth but no words couldn't come out. 

Because Lian was Leonard, and he won't be coming back. 

She shook her head. 

"I… I'm his sister, I'm here to pick Andy up."

"Ah! Okay ma'am, but… Uhm… "

The shy staff member was fiddling with her fingers. 

"Lian told me he'll take me out for dinner if he was getting stable so… is he okay?"

Lenneza swallowed and with every bit of courage she let out a voice. 

"No… he's dead"

This news came out like a bomb to the female staff. Lenneza didn't even tried sugarcoating the news. 

"Ah…"

"He got involved in an accident, and… and I was told he had Andy for a companion for loneliness, so today on I'll take care of Andy"

"Okay… Thank you for telling me Ma'am and condolences."

The staff member bowed and Lenneza nodded then left. In the car, she sat down with no energy on her limbs, and she started weeping.
