Chapter 2: Illusion? Reincarnation?

He was still in the process of accepting if he really died in his past life. He was in a world he was familliar with but the history has changed or should he say that the history took a different path from what he knew.

How or why is this happening to him is unknown to him as he decided to explore on what he might discover in this strange new world to him as he takes advantage of the man he takes over with the same name as he is.

As he walks by the hallway of the school, he heard a noise coming from a certain room. music flows out of it, a melody that can enchant and entice your ears came from a piano. Greg walked to the room where the music is coming from then he saw a woman sitting and playing the piano like an artist showing their masterpiece. Everynote she hits will let you feel how peaceful life can be, it makes an illusion where you can see every melody.

Greg was silently observing the woman as he feels like he saw her from before. He suddenly remembered the blurry face in his dreams when his headache had hitted him before. He felt like he knew her. Greg became sad and unknown to him, a tear came out from his eyes when suddenly, he blurted out Neri to her.

The girl who was playing piano suddenly stopped and immediately got up of her sit and came to Greg. She asks "How do you know that name?". Greg just said he just suddenly remembered something and said it out loud. The girl who looks so serious suddenly change her face into one with puzzling face and then get out of the room. He went outside to chase her but when he did, the girl suddenly disapleared out of thin air. He saw a hairpin dropped then kept it to his pockets. Greg just thinks it was just his headache that is playing with him.

Unbeknownst to him, it was already nighttime and time to go home from school too.

Greg already left school when he remembered he forgot something or someone but immediately leave the thought.

His phone rings, when he saw that Lane had texted him that why did he leave her at school and she was worried. He just apologize and sleeps again.

A week had passed and Greg never saw the girl again who was playing the Piano.

Night had passed and when he woke up, he suddenly felt that he is in another familiar yet unfamilliar room.
