19 Essence Fire

An awkward situation rose up because no one knows if the other person will stay true to their word. On the other hand, if it is what he said, then in four days, all of them will have a yellow skill seed. Better yet, the three favors is an irresistable offer.

Seeing their contemplating faces, Chairman Otto finally spoke up.

"Everyone, there is no need for further thinking in this matter. If he reneges on his promise and forces us to hand over the herbs he wanted, then I will be the one to compensate for your losses. But if he stays true to his words, please offer one of the favors to our city or kingdom if possible. Just ask him to help us in time of need".

One of the noble family heads is moved by the chairman's words and he agreed with this plan.

" Chairmain's words are very inspiring, and we will also compensate anyone who takes a loss and I promise this as the Head of Allison Family. This is our city, our home, I hope that the person who receives the favors contribute to the safety of our home."

Everyone agreed because this plan may have risks, but the profit outweighs it.

"Then I and the other noble families will send guards to protect this area. Then all of you gather what herbs you have. I implore you to bring them in safe storages and let that person the only one who sees inside. We don't need to see the contents anyway."

Argon did his job beautifully. Not only did he scare those people, this will keep them busy from taking a notice of the Zell family.

Argon took off the skill seeds on the armor and started to walk deeply in to the forest.

"Master, remember when we arrived here, I told you I noticed something in this direction. I was never sure because it was too far, but now that we are near, I am positive that where I am going right now will definitely level up your mana capacity."

The place where they ended up is clearly a sight to behold. Out here on center of all the trees and vegetation, there was a floating ball of fire. It does'nt seem to damage the plants around it, instead it gives them more vitality.

"Elemental Essence Fire. Master, this maybe a bit small amount of Essence Fire, but it can raise your level by 2 tier. We can even share some with your brother Dylan."

Argon put out his hand one feet away from the ball and the ball rapidly decrease in size. He then swallowed the ball when it turned into bite size.

Although Arthur was possessed, he could clearly feel that his body became warm for a moment before going back to normal.

"This is one of the benefits of my Suppression skill, Master. Besides lowering the capabilities of the enemy, I have the power to nullify the after effects of herbs or in this time, the elemental. With Bolton's skill, Gluttony, I can absorb essence fire all day and there would be no problem."

Argon search the whole area to look for other things that would interest him but nothing else did.

'Say Argon, why do you think no one else came for this essence fire? Although it is a bit farther in to the forest, they can just put more effort right?'

"Master, essence fire is a bit different. Without us or using a very powerful skill to scan this area, I don't think someone would find this. And of course, there is the matter of getting the essence fire. We did so easily but others would need a month at least to absorb this, given that they reach tier9.

Arthur looked into his spirit accessory necklace and saw that the number changed from 35 to 56. He is already a tier 5 hybrid.

Using suppression on himself, the number decreased to 41.

'Let us go home, Argon. I am excited to see what the results of our plan did.'

"Yes Master". Just like that, they dissapeared from the forest.

When they returned back to the city, everyone was busy sending out people to other cities to buy many herbs. Every one thousand year old or higher herbs were sold to sky high prices.

Argon directly went to his Uncle's office and found many people holding on a meeting. These are the heads of sub-families who were under the Zell families.

Marty and Jeremy immediately noticed Arthur and felt something is wrong.

'Let them all leave. Let us talk alone.' Argon sent them both a telepathic message. Without hesitation, Marty commanded his men to evacuate the room.

Everyone was puzzled by his command but ultimately obeyed the order.

"What is the matter, Arthur? Do you have something for us?"

Jeremy already reported his little talk with his son. Marty was sure that Arthur already knew what was happening and may have a solution to their dilemma.

"If you trust me then do not buy anymore thousand year herbs from now on. Just gather what we have in possession and bring it on your meeting. Just systematically arrange all of them on two spatial rings."

"My nephew Arthur, did you notice something? Or do you know that we have no chance?"

Arthur laughed inside. Of course they have no chance. They have no chance of not getting the three favors from that mysterious hybrid. That rude fellow was him, the Zell Family automatically win this.
