Jonathan wiped the blood from his mouth.

"Poor Quality? It tasted disgusting." Jonathan said, disappointed.

The taste of the blood he had just drunk was indeed completely different from the previous one.

There was no Black Rose by her side.

"The baby!" the dark fairy shouted back, instantly distracted.

Jonathan slammed his head against the woman's head as he was distracted.

The woman slammed back, grimacing in pain. However, instead of attacking Jonathan again, the woman forgot about him.

She walked with a triumphant smile toward Nerissa. "Nessie, run! Get into the house!" shouted Jonathan trying to give orders to the little girl who didn't know her life was in danger.

Nerissa just stood still on the spot when she saw Jonathan yelling at her.

She then laughed as if the scene before her was very funny.

"Damn. Stupid roots. Let me go." Jonathan forced himself with all his might to be free.

Although it felt excruciating, it was like he was squeezed into a room full of sharp needles and trying to push it.

Jonathan won't let the woman get what she wants. "Dadda."

The sweet voice that kept calling him seemed to give him strength.

He gave a surprise attack and twisted her neck. "Annoying Baby Fairy. Stupid Morting." The woman hissed, trying to break free, but Jonathan gave her no mercy.

"Let go of me!" she hissed. Using both hands to grip Jonathan's arm.

Stuck hundreds of thorns in Jonathan's arm, now covered with blood.

"I will never let anyone hurt both of them. Do you understand?" threatened Jonathan as he grimaced in pain.

The sad gazes of Nerissa and Black Rose made him even more strong. It made him feel that the thorn was nothing.

The blood from Jonathan's body kept dripping out. If this continues... He could die silly from bleeding out.

"Blood for blood," Jonathan said before sticking his fangs in the woman's throbbing neck and sucking her blood in one breath.
