On our way here we didn't utter a single word though when our eyes meet we avert eye contact. I trusted him again, in wherever he's taking me. And so, now were here. Standing a few inches apart. The person I thought I'd spend my whole entire life with. Now I have to say, we've definitely grown apart. Or have we not?

"I just wanted to..." he say scratching the back of neck. "To uhmmm..." he stammers. "Spend my last day, with you."

I raised a brow, "You're going?" I asked, a bit frail.

He gazes at me intently, "Yeah, somewhere far away. I guess."

"Why does it feel like you're saying farewell to me as if it'll be your last?"

"Well, it is. Because I'll leave this place, and I'm never planning on going back."

"Are you going to die?" I blurted out, panic slowly consuming my every nerve cells.
