They Won’t Leave Me Alone, Will They?

After my encounter with Tatsuya, I fled the library and spent the rest of recess drinking strawberry milk on the stairs that lead to the rooftop, wallowing in my sad fate. After recess ended, classes resumed and passed by in the blink of an eye. When the bell rang to signal the end of the day, I pumped myself up to refuse sensei about tutoring Ryuu.

I may not be able to escape Tatsuya, but I can still bypass Ryuu!

"Good luck, Haru-kun." Akira seriously wished me well when I stood up to leave. I solemnly nodded in return and left.

When I arrived in front of sensei's office, I could hear two voices speaking inside. I knocked on the door of sensei's office to alert her of my presence, and the voices stopped before I heard sensei gleefully call me in. I sighed and braced myself.

"Excuse me." I said as I slid the door open. Once I looked up, my heart slammed against my rib cage.

Silver eyes were narrow before widening slightly in recognition. I gulped down any vocal reaction and stood still like a statue.

"Good timing, Suzuki-kun! I was just telling Yamamoto-kun about you being his tutor." Sensei ignored the obvious intensity in the air and gestured for me to sit in a seat in front of her desk, which was also right next to Ryuu. "Sit down. You two should introduce yourselves."

As I walked over unwillingly, Ryuu's intimidating stare never left me. I muttered another "excuse me" as I sat down, clutching my bag tightly. After a moment of silence passed, sensei quickly butted in.

"Have you two met already? Well, I suppose you two are in the same class." Sensei's eyes flitted constantly between the two of us.

"Oh, yeah..." I softly replied as I avoided Ryuu's gaze and stared at the floor.

You're going to pierce a fucking hole through my face with how hard your staring, dude!

"Uhm, sensei, m-maybe you should find an upperclassman to teach Y-Yamamoto-san. I don't think I'm qualified to." I stuttered out while shrinking as far away from Ryuu as I could. I flinched when Ryuu suddenly clicked his tongue.

"I refuse. I also refuse this tutoring." Ryuu stood up so abruptly the chair that he was sitting on fell over. "This is just a waste of my time." He turned to leave.

"So, are you saying you're dropping out?" Sensei sharply spat out, shocking me. Ryuu froze. "I understand you have your circumstances, but that is no excuse to disregard your studies. I'm sure your mother would be disappoint-"

"WHO ARE YOU TO SPEAK ABOUT MY MOTHER!!" Ryuu roared as he smashed a fist on the desk, causing it to creak in pain and some papers to fly off. Both sensei and I reeled back in fright.

Holy shit! Why would you set off such an obvious bomb, sensei!?

I want to leave so badly.

"...I'm sorry, Yamamoto-kun. But, as a parent myself, I want the best for my kids. As a fellow mother, I'm sure I can relate to your mother on that level. If I were her, I would want you to at least finish high school." Sensei calmly and carefully formed her comeback.

Wow. Color me impressed. I guess she's a teacher for a reason.

Ryuu slowly pulled his hand back to his side, but his eyes were still simmering with resentment. He abruptly sat back down with a disgruntled expression fitting of a delinquent. Sensei let out a breath of relief before turning to me with glimmering eyes.

What now? Why me?

"Suzuki-kun, as you can see, Yamamoto-kun needs help. You're the only one I can ask, so please?" Sensei pulled the puppy eyes out again.

I couldn't stop the twitch of irritation under my eye.

I'm the only one? What a load of bullshit! It's because you didn't even bother to ask anyone else!

I wanted to refuse. I wanted to so badly. But, as I opened my mouth, I could feel Ryuu's pressuring scowl. It felt like I would be murdered if I refused.

Well, considering the exchange I just heard between the two, I doubt Ryuu was going to let me go freely anyway.

"...I understand." I couldn't stop myself from frowning. Sensei's eyes once again lit up with reigning victory.

Fuck you! You play so dirty, you fucking scammer!

"Great! Here's the folder containing tomorrow's lesson plan." She handed over a not too thick folder. "Go over it today to be ready to teach Yamamoto-kun tomorrow. Both of you report here as soon as lunch is finished. If either one of you don't show up, expect punishment." Sensei subtly slid in the threat. It took all I had to not leer at the lady. "Understood?"

"Yes." Both Ryuu and I simultaneously replied, causing us to glance at each other. Sensei smiled.

Wipe that shit off. Nothing is gonna happen between us, okay!

"Then, you are both dismissed. Don't forget that club recruitment is tomorrow!" With that, we both exited the office that we'll be regularly be visiting from now on.

As soon as I was about to let out a sigh, I was seized by my collar.

Fierce silver eyes locked onto my shaking brown ones. Ryuu pulled me up to the point where I was on my tippy toes, and his face was inches away from my own. From this close up, I couldn't help thinking how attractive he was even though he looked like he was about to beat me up.

WTF!?!?!

"Everything that happens in that room stays in there, got it?" Ryuu growled out as he tightened his fist, slightly choking me. I quickly nodded as I held onto his fist to keep my balance and airway open.

Once he released me, I fell straight to the ground, panting. I looked up only to see his back receding down the hallway.

...Uh, sir, was that really necessary?

After that, I headed home while lamenting my future. On the way, I stopped by a convenience store to grab some ice cream to help comfort myself. When I arrived home, I let my grandmother know I was back before heading up to my room to sulk.

I proceeded to slide off my uniform and chest binding. Feeling that constricting thing come off, my lungs expanded right away, enjoying its full capacity after a long day. I slipped on pajamas and settled on my bed to savor my ice cream in the peace of my room.

Things are already complicated, and it's only the first day!!

Somehow, I've been trapped into meeting with Ryuu every other day. Tatsuya has his greedy eyes on me. Yuu seems interested in me. Akira has already established himself as my friend.

I've been ambushed by all the men!

It's like I can't avoid them... Don't tell me I actually can't? Is this like one of those LNs where destiny or fate or whatever forces the transmigrator into following the plot line?

What. Absolute. Bullshit!

Fine, if I can't completely avoid them, I just have to be careful to keep my distance. Yuu won't murder me unless I tell him I'm his. Ryuu shouldn't hurt me if I just keep our relationship professional. The same could go for Tatsuya. Akira is the only one I can't come up with a countermeasure for because I have no idea if he's even someone I should be wary about.

Wait, now that I think about it, I only saw Ando-sensei once today. He might actually just be a teacher who happens to be young and handsome, and if I do go by the whole undeniable fate thing, then he's probably not the hidden character and Akira is. So, that leaves one question:

What type of yandere is Akira?

If Akira's wearing a mask like Yuu, then he's doing a much better job than him, which is alarming. If not, then he's gonna do something with that happy go lucky attitude of his. I can't imagine him doing anything too violent in that case, but you can never know with a yandere.

I couldn't help myself from sighing again.

I know I wanted to play the hidden route, but why do I have do it in person!?

At the same time, I have to admit I'm curious about his story. It's got to be as twisted as Yuu's since they both have upbeat personalities. Those yandere types are usually more corrupt than the ones that express their uglier emotions more openly like Ryuu.

However, forums said the hidden character was unlike the other ones, so maybe I shouldn't even be comparing Akira to the others? I should probably think about all the yandere types I've run into in other games.

Considering Akira's the big finale, I doubt he'll be a harmless type. Lonely type? He's socially active, but maybe not fulfilled? Stalker? Kind of. Then, maybe the obsessive type?

A shiver ran down my spine.

Obsessive types usually keep tabs on their person of interest. He constantly asked me about my likes and dislikes today whenever he could. Akira is also the one who always asks where I'm going and sticks to me during classes and any breaks. Doesn't he continually know where I am and what I'm doing?

The fact that he does it so easily is making my skin to crawl.

How extreme of an obsessive type he is is something I hope I don't find out.

Maybe he does it unconsciously right now since I'm his first friend. He might be someone who latches onto the first person that's nice to him. As long as he doesn't develop deeper feelings for me, it should be fine.

Just as I finished my ice cream, I was called down by my grandmother to eat dinner.

I'll have to leave further thoughts for another day. For now, I'll just play along safely.

But, is playing safe even possible when dealing with yanderes?

Hehe, I wonder if I'm being too blunt and upfront about things in the story. And maybe too much cursing? (^_^;

Uhm, so many people suddenly read this book? I got my first review and some stones? What happened? XD

Anyway, thank you very much for the support! I will keep writing to earn your love! d( ̄ ̄)
