Do You Wanna Be My Friend?

I was so mesmerized by his eyes that for a second I forgot I was in the school auditorium. I snapped out of my thoughts only to be interrupted by my our dear principal.

Principal : "Partners take your positions."

Everyone took there postion and so did I.

Principal : "Ready Music Cue. Dance Face Your Partner."

I don't know why but dancing with such a huge start like ATEEZ's Seonghwa was like a dream. It may be they may not be a popular domestically yet but they are internationally very popular.

Everyone started dancing with there couples. No one other than Dahyun knows about me being a dancer, others think I stink at dance that's why Irene send me here so she can make fun of me.

While everyone took there position I tried to make it look like I was struggling a lot.

Seonghwa : "Do you need some help?"

That soft voice took me off guard. I just nodded. He took my hand and put it on his shoulder. He took my other hand in his hand while his other hand was on my waist.

Seonghwa : "Now just move your body to rhythm of the music."

I just did as he said.

Then he said something that completely took me off guard.

Seonghwa : "Why are you pretending to not know how to dance when you know? You actually are a professional dancer right?"

I was shook.

Y/N : "How did you know that?"

I just chuckled.

Seonghwa : "I just guessed. You know the way you pretended looked quite fake so I thought you were lying and bingo I was right. By the way. Hi I'm Park Seonghwa."

Y/N : "Like no one knows you. I'm Choi Y/N."

He chuckled at my statement.

Seonghwa : "You seem quite an interesting person. Being an idol I don't have many real friends will you be my friend?"

I was again shook at what this man right here said. Is he in his right state of mind or not.

Y/N : "But you're an idol and I'm a high schooler. Your fans will kill me if they find out about me being your friend. They'll kill me even if they find out that I got a chance to dance with their idol. So I don't know what to say. I mean I don't have many friends except one."

He thought for a bit then replied.

Seonghwa : "Then how about this that you try out me as a friend for sometime. If you like it keep it and by chance if you don't then throw out away. Ok?"

I thought for a bit. Then I thought it wouldn't be that bad why not give it a shot.

Y/N : "Ok."

He seemed happy at my statement.

Seonghwa : "I'm sure I'm older than you so call me Oppa."

Y/N : "Of course you will be. I'm still in high school while you must be completing you Bachelors."

He again chuckled at my statement.

Seonghwa : "When were you born? I think you know I was born in 1998."

Y/N : "I'm a 2004 born."

*BELL RINGS*

Principal : "Everyone that's the end of our class for today. Now I'll like the partners to first thank each other than, the students together will thank ATEEZ. OK?"

Everyone : "YYYYYYEEEEEEESSSSSSSS"

Y/N : "Thank you for today."

Seonghwa : "Your welcome and thank you too for accepting my offer. Actually you haven't yet but I'm sure you'll soon. This is my phone number. This so you can contact me and we can decide our first meet up. OK. Bye!"

He gave me his number and I don't know why but I smiled for a bit at it. Then soon the moment got ruined by Dahyun.

Dahyun : "Y/N your partner was a package. Oh My God!!!"

Y/N : "Your was also a package now let's go and stand in our class's line before the principal yells again."

She hurriedly nodded at my statement and we went towards where the students were supposed to stand.

Student President : "Student attention. Thank ATEEZ for the class today."

Students : "THANK YOU ATEEZ FOR TODAY."

Principal : "Thank you everyone. Now dismiss."

Everyone started to move towards there respective classes.

Dahyun : "Btw how did you end up on the stage? I think Irene was supposed to be there how come you went up there?"

Y/N : "She said she was stage conscious but we all know how much she loves attention. Actually Suho asked me to partner up with me and I agreed. Now the whole school knows Irene literally owns the hottest guy of school and currently it's Suho. So do you need more explanation?"

Dahyun : "No I don't need anymore explanation on it but I do need on something else."

I looked confused at her statement and tried to understand what she meant.

Dahyun : "I know you and Seonghwa were talking all the time. And do you know you actually for the first time you truly danced in school. What happened to your secret?"

She said the last statement in much more of a whisper.

Y/N : "The secret is still there it's just that he helped me and kind of caught me that I was pretending all along. We did nothing else."

Dahyun : "Nothing else?"

Y/N : "Dahyun you're the only person I trust and if I want to say something to you I'll tell you by myself no need to force me. Ok?"

Dahyun : "Ok. But please let's quickly go to the cafeteria cause I'm really hungry."

Dahyun took my hand ran towards the school cafetaria.

While she was taking me I was thinking about something else.

Why does a huge idol like ATEEZ's Seonghwa wants to friends with me?

Why does his eyes feel familiar and magical?

When he gave me his phone number why did my heart had beat do fast?

Did I fall for a guy at first sight?

Don't tell me I fell in love with an idol?!
