Ah! I just can't focus right now. Even worse, I feel like somebody's watching me. Maybe it's the dove that stays with me.

Never mind that, I guess I'm just going to go my favourite library and get my head out of stress, even though I will get teased by the high schoolers. But it's the only way to keep me calm.

However, if I have money, I could buy food for stress eating and now that WILL help me get out of stress. Okay, stop talking about food, Gabriela or you will be even more hungry.

Anyways, off of that topic now, I have bigger problems.

"Hey shack girl, don't you have anything better to wear then that old teared up dress? come on, I see you wear that everyday." they say as they laugh.

Uhh, I am getting too frustrated with them.

That's when I notice a short girl with short blond hair and icy blue eyes and a tall boy with short brown hair and hazel eyes, standing there quietly and upset, and seems as if they are upset for me.

What am I saying, who cares about me?

Or maybe not.

When the rest of the gang leaves, they just stared at me and the girl said,

"Hi! My name is Luna and this is Theo." she said, in a friendly voice.

   "Hey," said Theo.

"Hi. I'm Gabriela." I said nervously and waved.

Luna came to pat my shoulder and said,

"Um... look, I apologise for what happened back there. Those kids are the bullies in the school and "warned" everyone that we should never talk to you and stay away from you. We don't like it and pretty most people in the school don't like it either. They even threatened us to never go near you. But here we are, not caring what they say. You don't look like bad person."

"It's fine and um thanks, I guess," I said softly.

There was an awkward silence for a few minutes, then I said,

"So um..." but nothing came out of my mouth.

"Maybe we should hang out sometime and get to know each other some more?" Theo suggested, finishing my sentence.

I was happy when he said that, but what if they want to visit my shack and see that I'm poor and have nothing?

They might not want to hang out with me anymore. But I just shrugged and said,

    "Sure, why not?"
