Idea:

Reincarnated as a son of the Uzumaki Matriarch (Mito Uzumaki) with a special condition of having too much of a mutated yin chakra that absorbs yang chakra that it crippled the his body, but being the child of the Matriarch the mutated yin was taken under control by Fuinjutsu, but the damage has been dealt and the body is too weak to even lift his fingers, the MC circumvented the problem by filling in the gaps with his mutated Uzumaki powers. The first ability; Adamantine Sealing Strings, a much more versatile and stronger version of the regular sealing chains and is capable of many other functions such as the fuction of a much stronger chakra strings, a conduit for ninjutsu, a substitute for hand seals, creating artificial muscles like Muscular from MHA and can be manipulated when severed. Second ability; Mind Cells, it has the ability of mind partition, multitasking, ultimate mind defense (natural), NZT-48 upgraded powers, telekinesis, telepathy and psionic. Third ability; Mind's Eye Kagura, the user has the capabilities of all dojutsu's sensory abilities (that includes seeing the past, present and a select future), perceive fate strings, perceive all things within the vicinity, Six-eyes abilities and dominion of an area. Fourth ability; Healing/Harming touch, as the name suggests, it can heal and harm whatever it may be.
