- Asami

Ichinose just got his afternoon break from gardening as he is a landscaper of the Smith family. He was about to take a nap when his phone was on the table not so far away from him.

"Who the hell dares to bother me this time? I want to rest so badly!" he mutters because he's not really used to being talkative and noisy.

He's frowning by the time he stands up from where he was reclining just to get his phone on the table so he can answer it, "What?" He picked up the call.

The man from the other line of the call chuckles, "What a great grumpy voice you have there, my Ichi," he teased.

"I want to rest Apollo, what do you want?" Ichinose then sighed. He flinched at the thought that his friend wouldn't call him unless he had something important to say or up for a drink...

"Girl-" said Apollo who was about to open a new topic when Ichinose suddenly spoke.

"Spill it." is what Ichinose said that makes Apollo a bit confused.

"I was about to do that but you interrupted me!" Apollo was thinking but not really wanted to tell Ichinose as he doesn't want to break the excitement and the flow of their conversation.

"Your master! Isn't he a hottie?!" Apollo excitedly told him but that's not really what Ichinose is expecting.

"Yes, he is. What now?" said Ichinose with a bored voice. Looking at his nails, trying to find anything that caught his interest, "You didn't really call me for that topic, did you?" he said.

Apollo then laughs while trying to hold his phone tightly, not wanting for it to slide over, "You can't be so sure." They just both laugh and discuss the purpose of Apollo's sudden call.

"Are you two close? How can you get used to his presence when almost all the maids started working there without him?" he wondered, wanting to know Ichinose's terms on how he got used to Asami's presence.

Ichinose didn't even bother to answer him and with that, he also covered it with a question, "What about you? How did you know about my master? Seems that the news got there so quickly,"

"Not like you don't know how life works," replied Apollo. Ichinose was tired of their topic and was about to end the call when Apollo bid his goodbye because Ichinose heard that someone called his friend that turns out to be the boss.

"Oh, my boss called me! I have to go; I'll text you later!" said Apollo. Ichinose was about to throw his phone away but still got a grip of his sanity which suppressed him from doing it.

"Great," said Ichinose to himself while trying to relax and calm down. His patience really became short whenever he's tired from working and getting interrupted when he was about to take a nap. He just set an alarm that can wake him up from his nap so he won't oversleep as he needs to work on the landscaping.

After his nap, he got back in the garden, continuing his job. He just loves it whenever he can design someone's garden as the plants, flowers, and the lives of these plants are what makes him feel relaxed despite being at work.

He suddenly felt sad when he saw the red flower, "Look at you, so pretty yet withering," he sympathizes with the flower despite knowing that it can never answer him. Even when he was a kid, he really loved working in the garden and displaying plus taking good care of the flowers.

He was about to work on the withering flower when his phone rang, "At times like this, Apollo is really annoying and the only one who always wants to disturb me," he then grumbled.

"What's up?" with only a mere greeting of Apollo is enough to make his blood boil.

"Hey, Mister! If you're not aware, I also have a job and need to focus on it, so if you could, please don't call me on busy hours or not call at all, that would be great," he said simultaneously. Apollo was a bit dumbfounded but after he processed everything that came out of his friend's mouth, he just laughed at it.

"How is he so happy today? Was his purpose in everyday life is only to laugh?!" Ichinose asks himself rhetorically.

"Let's drink later, I'm going to pick you up," said Apollo, which made Ichinose's ears flinch.

"Really? Don't take it back! Tell me what time," he answered excitedly.

Apollo pouted on Ichinose's reaction, "I sometimes wondered if you really became my friend because of my attitude or because of the drink that I always offers you,"

This time, it was Ichinose's turn to laugh, "That's exactly the same!" he then continued, "Still, I wouldn't be your friend if I don't like you," he added trying to reassure Apollo to avoid making him so grumpy.

"The drink would be a waste if ever…" he thought, still thinking about the drink and what type of liquor Apollo will give him. With just the thought of that makes him so alive and wants to finish his work early, "Care to tell me the time?" he sarcastically asks.

"Wait for my text! I got to go!" Apollo said his goodbye again. Ichinose's face got crumbled, but then he just focused on thinking about the liquor that made his mood bright again.

After some work, he didn't notice that it's already dusk when he got a text from his friend. He really got busy from his work because he's so devoted to it. He started to prepare and even took a quick shower because of excitedness that he was feeling. He's walking toward the waiting area where the buses and cars are stopping but then someone who is attractive and handsome has blocked his way.

"Master," he called when they saw each other. Asami smells of Ichinose's perfume, he eyed him and saw his outfit.

"Are you going somewhere?" asks Asami. "Does he need a ride...?" he wondered, if Ichinose needs a ride, then he's willing to give him one.

Ichinose got a bit surprised because of his master's question as he's not even bothering to ask the other employees when they want to have a break from work or he just gives them what they want. Ichinose doesn't want to be labeled rude so despite the thoughts he just answered his master.

"Oh, my friend and I have a plan and he's on his way of picking me up," he said. Asami just nodded and Ichinose asked him if he could go now and Asami couldn't really control it because of Ichinose's excited face.

"I want to talk to him for a bit but I think now is not the right time." he thought and just looked at Ichinose who was now in the waiting area when he saw a man who hugged Ichinose right after he got out of the car.
