2 2. Trainer?

I had no idea what the fuck this man was talking about. Seems my memories only contained some basic things but nothing about what the fuck was happening.

The man flips open the trunk and pulls out a tablet like device.

"I need your finger print on this please." The man says.

I couldn't really ask him fucking why so I just followed directions.

There was a beeping noise as i place my thumb on the device and it lit up followed by a pinch.

"Identified, Ryan Grim. Basic Trainers License. Bank Account linked. Basic medical privileges. " The device sounded out.

Damn thing fucking bit me. I'll download porn on it later just to make it catch a virus. Bite me will ya?

"1 League issued communication gear." The man reads off. Before pulling some other items out of the bag it was like a medical case. Had the red and white cross and everything. "1 league issued healing kit containing 10 minor healing potions, 10 minor burn heals, 10 minor anti-poisons, 10 rolls of antibiotic bandages." he turns it around and I see different colored spray bottles and tubes along with some rolls of bandages in packages with a set of scissors.

He closes the case and moves it to the side.

Next he pulls out a black cube with a button on it. "1 all weather, deployable, basic 10 man base."

I have no idea what that is, is it some kind of fucking pop up tent? Best not to ask and draw suspicions though just quietly observe.

He moved it next to the other boxes.

After that he started to pull out things like clothes, jackets, a belt, waist pouches, pants, shirts, boots, how much can fucking fit in that damn case? Anyway all of it was tear and cut resistant and insulating.

He pulls out another case and pops it open. "10 standard bond balls."

Fucking what now? Those are obviously Pokeballs. Dude am I in a Pokemon world? That could be a bit handy I suppose.

"Finally a standard spatial trunkpack for carrying your gear." He says snapping the trunk closed and standing it up.

Why is everything standard? Wasn't it supposed to be premium or something? I'll find out the difference later.

"Now then as a premium member you can pick up basic foods at any healing center, free medical check ups and basic care. You also get a league trained starter with some basic abilities." The man says packing away all the items and picking up his tablet. "We have the standard fire, grass and water starter all at E rank."

E rank? What's this rank stuff about?

The screen pops up showing 3 different...girls?

The first one has some fiery red hair, I watch her make some hand signs and blow out a couple of red marbles which burn the ground where it lands.

The second one has greenish hair and she does the same before some glowing leaves appear in her hands and she throws them. They seem rather sharp as the stick into a wood log pretty easily.

And the last has blue hair, once more I see the hand signs then she blasts out a small jet of water from her mouth which cuts into the ground slightly.

Dude these are fucking ninja, I recognize those hand signs kind of. What the fuck is going on?

"Uh fire please." I say in confusion.

He taps a button and a small machine flashes as a pokeball or bond ball appears.

"Next up is the premium equipment for your partner." He says pulling up a small bag.

He slaps a dagger and sheathe on the table. "E rank fire dagger." The dagger has a slight red edge to it. He pulls out a pair of books. "E rank fire move manual Ember, E rank physical body enhancing. Your partner knows these already but you can teach them to any ferals you might catch."

Ferals? What?

"3 sets of clothes, 1 pack of 30 Rawst Berry food bars." He says putting everything in the bag. "Now if you could hold the button on the bond ball, she will officially be yours."

He passes over the bond ball I'm sick of calling it that, this is a fucking pokeball. I press my thumb to it and feel a pinch as it dings.

"Fire type fighter registered. Knowns moves, E rank Ember, E rank body enhance, E rank dagger skills, E rank martial arts. No name, 18 years old. E rank." My communicator suddenly chimes in.

"Now then I'll give you a bit of privacy to meet your new partner." The man says grabbing his tablet and heading out the door before closing it behind. "I'll be back in 10 minutes." I hear him say.

Raising an eyebrow I look at the ball in my hand before pressing the button. It expands and I toss it out. There is a flash of red light as a figure appears and the ball apparently flies back into my hand like a yoyo.

The figure blinks for a second before an excited look appears on her face. Next thing I know is I'm being tackled to the ground.

"Thank you so much for picking me master, I promise I won't disappoint you!" A sweet voice says before I feel something soft in my lips and a strange feeling in my chest.

The red haired girl I had just met already had her arms around my neck and was kissing me.

My eyes widen a bit in shock but hey, what the hell. However it quickly ends and I see a pair of fiery redish orange eyes looking at me.

"Can I have a name master?" She asks excitedly.

I think for a second, I've never had to name anything other than a pet or game characters. Coming up with a name on the spot for a girl is rather difficult.

"How about Amber?" the tight hug I recieve is more than a good response.

"Thank you master I'll cherish it!" Amber says excitedly. "Oh, what is masters name?" She asks quickly.

Seems she is rather excitable.

"My name is Ryan." I answer.
