Zoe was still confused, though.

She could clearly see that the hair woven around the jewelry pieces was pink. Isaak and Runa were both saying it was brown, though. Since the two were definitely stronger and smarter than her, the logical thing to do was accept that she was mistaken.

But she couldn't.

She was always second-guessing herself whenever she was around stronger and smarter people. Since she knew she was dumb, she didn't have much confidence to argue with people (except for trash-talking, which she was good at).

This time, though, she was confident.

[It's pink. My eyes aren't deceiving me. Plus, for some reason, I feel connected to them.]

"Lady Roberts," Zoe called the owner of the jewelry shop. "Where did this jewelry set come from?"
