when the both women saw her covered in blood they were shock the second had huge reaction when she saw her.

"little girl your mom will not be able to survive she had bleed alot and is very weak she will not make it" tear start streming down her cheeks she had not except that the women whom she just had called mom was gone.

she heard sound of things falling on the ground she look at the door of the room only to find four boys those face was similar to each other standing there in daze she can expect that the kids will come back this early.

"older sister" when sana heard the sobing sound she turn her head and look at the door and saw the boys she don't know why but she started to crying more when she saw them.

the four boys come toward the bed and look at the women who was laying on the weakly one of them fell on the ground while one hug the women the other one hug sana while one stay there standing but his eyes was filled with moisture.

when she was realease from the hug she had stop crying and had regrain her calm she look at the boys then at the babies she took one of the baby in her hand she clearly remember that the women had asked to take care of them.
