Accidental kiss

**Scene: University Classroom - Morning**

*Ash is sitting in class, looking a bit distant. Kali and Zack notice her and approach her.*

**Kali:** (concerned) Ash, what's wrong? You seem a bit off.

**Ash:** (sighs) Yeah, there's something I need to talk to you guys about.

*Ryan enters the classroom and walks towards Ash.*

**Ryan:** Ash, can we talk?

**Ash:** (firmly) I'm not really in the mood to talk right now.

**Ryan:** (determined) Please, just give me a chance to apologize.

**Ash:** (hesitates but agrees) Fine, let's talk.

*Zack and Kali exchange curious glances.*

**Ryan:** (sincere) Ash, I'm really sorry about everything. I didn't handle things well, and I should've respected your boundaries. I want to make things right.

**Ash:** (coldly) For what? You're not my type, and I've already told you that if you're not okay with just being friends, then you should leave.

*Kali interjects, sensing the tension.*

**Kali:** (concerned) Ash, what's going on? Why are you so angry?

**Ash:** (softens) We'll talk about it later, Kali. Let's meet at the library after this class.

**Kali:** (worried) Alright, just remember we're here for you.

**Ryan:** (determined) Ash, I'll be waiting at the library too. Please, give me a chance to explain.

*Ash nods, and Ryan walks away. The class continues.*

*Ash, Kali, and Zack are sitting in a quiet corner of the library.*

**Kali:** (eager) Okay, spill it. What happened?

**Ash:** (takes a deep breath) Well, on our way to Robert's place last night, Ali was insistent that I should have a relationship with Ryan because he likes me. I got angry and decided to leave halfway. But there were no taxis, so I had to call Robert to pick me up.Ali told me to not get closed with everyone and not to have relationship until the person wanted to marry.

**Zack:** (surprised) Wait, he left you and then you called Robert?

**Ash:** (nods) Yeah, and then Robert actually came to pick me up. We had dinner together, a romantic candlelight one. And then guess who showed up? Ali.

**Kali:** (confused) What? Why would he do that?

**Ash:** (sighs) He was watching us suspiciously, probably checking on me. He dropped wine bottle on purpose and watched a movie. Ali was trying to stop me from drinking.

**Kali:** (suspicious) Why would he care so much?

**Ash:** I don't know, maybe jealousy or possessiveness. I got angry.

**Kali:** (concerned) you should've asked.

*Ash:** (frustrated) Robert try to kiss me while Ali interrupt, and he lectured me all the way about being open with guys and stuff.

**Zack:** (exasperated) Seriously? He's being hypocritical.

**Ash:** (nodding) Exactly. And then he said he would never leave me alone early again.

**Kali:** (softly) Ash, he came back for you. That shows he cares about you.But he act like jerk.

**Ash:** (sighs) I don't even know anymore. I'm just tired of all this drama.When i said we should be friends you know what he says i am like sister to him.

**Kali:** (supportive) what? after all he show his caring side just to sister. Maybe it's time to take a step back and see how they react when you're not as involved.

**Ash:** (nods) Yeah, that's exactly what I'm going to do.

*Kali reaches out and hugs Ash.*

**Kali:** (reassuring) We're here for you, Ash. You don't have to go through this alone.

**Ash:** (smiles) Thanks, Kali. Your support means a lot to me.

**Scene: University Cafeteria - Morning**

*Ash, Kali, and Zack are sitting together, having breakfast.*

**Ash:** You know what? I think we should show Ryan that me and Ali--

**Kali:** (interrupts) Ash, just leave it. Let's not complicate things further. Just be yourself and be nice to everyone.

**Zack:** (smirks) Yeah, and let's go to the cafeteria and eat breakfast. The history project can wait.

*Ash, Kali, and Zack are eating together.*

**Ash:** (frustrated) He's so annoying. Instead of coming to me and talking, he's just ignoring me.

**Zack:** Why are you even bothering with him?

**Ash:** It's not like that...

**Kali:** (firmly) Ash, if you bring up Ali again, we're leaving you here.

**Ash:** (sighs) Okay, okay, I won't say anything about it.

**Zack:** By the way, remember we have the history project today? We've prepared the slides, but your part is missing.

**Ash:** (nodding) Yeah, I'll head to the library after eating to work on it.

**Zack:** (teasing) And we're not giving you company this time.

**Kali:** (laughs) He's just kidding, Ash.

**Ash:** (smiles) Today's going to be a busy day. We have practice matches starting soon.

**Zack:** You know what? We decided to join your team.

**Ash:** (surprised) Really?

**Kali:** Yup, we can't leave you alone even on the field. We applied and got selected.

**Ash:** That's amazing! Thanks, guys.

**Kevin:** (grinning) She's been asking if you have some free time to come over for dinner.

**Ash:** (politely) Let's meet next time, Kevin. I'm a bit busy with my work right now.

**Kevin:** (understanding) Sure thing. I'll catch you later.

**Ash:** (to herself) This is becoming a problem. Everyone keeps coming up to me. How can I focus?

*Ali appears.*

**Ali:** (smirks) Come with me.

**Ash:** (annoyed) I don't want to.

*Ali grabs her and takes her to a old library.*

**Ash:** (irritated) You're such a thug.

**Ali:** Just stay silent and study.

*Ash reluctantly starts studying.*

Ali: Here is duplicate keys you can some whenever you want to.

**Ash:** (voice message) I found a secret place to focus. I'll join you guys in class when I'm done.

**Ash:** (pauses) You know what, guys? I'm not the captain anymore. I resigned just because of Ali.

**Kali:** (teasing) Aw, he's your soulmate, isn't he?

**Ali:** (interrupts) Everyone, let's get to practice. We've got work to do.
