He defeated every kobold, every goblin, and many different creatures like slimes.

At the end of the day, Leonard managed to reach level 5 and assigned 10 points to intelligence, making his memory even stronger. He also acquired more mana.

Leonard learned how to manipulate mana so that he could coat it around his body, making him even faster and stronger.

He improved his mana manipulation skill to level 2 by fighting, as he noticed that his skill proficiency would rise faster that way.

After looking around at the blood-covered ground and the corpses of many dire wolves, he went to the carriage.

The young knight, seeing Leonard like this, was like a living chicken under fire. Leonard told the young knight to take him to his home and closed his eyes to sleep.

The next morning, Leonard woke up in the hospital wing of his house.

He waved his hand and found that his wound had disappeared and his arm had healed perfectly.

This was because he had invested 15 points in endurance, which increased his body regeneration speed.

He walked out, ignoring the house doctor telling him to get tested, and went inside his home. His father started acting like he cared about Leonard, not the threat of the princess, and told him to stop exposing himself to danger.

Leonard, as a "good son," promised his dad to never do it again.

Leonard sat in the carriage on his way to school, thinking, "Yesterday was a long day. I was reckless in fighting monsters, but the feeling of getting stronger is addicting." He looked out of the window until he arrived at school.

As usual, his first lesson was with his teacher Hanna, also known as Elena. She looked at him in shock and wondered, "How can he acquire that much mana in one day?

His mana flowing is easier, and he had a breakthrough in mana manipulation. But how? It's impossible to manage all this in mere two days."

After her lesson about mana, Leonard managed to raise his magical ability skill to 69% proficiency. Elena didn't summon Leonard to talk to him again because summoning him each day after class would bring unwanted attention to both her and Leonard.

The eloquence class was, as always, bad for Leonard. The pure-blood fanatic, Mr. Brown, had him write 10 pages on the importance of being a direct blood descendant and the consequences of being a bastard.

The weapon mastery class was one of Leonard's favorites, as he could train with his sword as he wanted.

The teacher, Gerald, looked at Leonard in shock, noticing his quick movements with the sword that were three times stronger than a normal person's.

He thought, "This kid has monster-like potential." At the end of the lesson, Leonard's sword fighting skill had risen to 5% proficiency.

Leonard studied many subjects like math and the art of leadership, raising his proficiency in both of them to 17% by the end of the school day.

Leonard wanted to go kill monsters, but Gerald stopped him as he wanted to talk to him. They went together to the training field, and as Gerald looked at Leonard, he said, "Do you want to be my student?" Gerald's direct question made Leonard look at him dumbfounded.

"I want to teach you alone in the art of sword and weapons after school. I've never seen someone who can raise their strength and make breakthroughs in the art of sword like you in so little time. Your potential is monstrous, and believe me, I've seen many unbelievable things in my life," Gerald explained.

Leonard thought everything throughly about the pros and cons, but ultimately, the pros outweighed the cons. "But I am a bastard of the Ziser family," Leonard said. "And I'm a civilian without a noble title. Don't you think this is a perfect combination?" Gerald joked, and Leonard nodded his head.

"I'm happy to be your student, Gerald." "Good. Now let's start," Gerald said as he guided Leonard in all his moves in the sword and how to do it better for many hours. At the end of the training, Leonard's level in sword fighting went from 3% to 87% proficiency and was on track to soon reach level 4. His endurance, strength, and dexterity also raised by 2.

Leonard bid farewell to his teacher and entered the carriage, tired and lay down to sleep.

In the Ziser mansion, in one of the secret rooms, we can see the father of Leonard, Nicolaus, Klaus, and Maya discussing something.

Leonard's father appeared angry about something as he screamed, "This bastard has to go from this family!" "Yes, honey, but remember that bastard has the princess's protection. We can't do anything to him without causing the princess's wrath," replied Klaus. "I should've disposed of him when I had the chance, but seeing that he has a magical talent, I kept him alive," Leonard's father massaged his forehead.

"Dad, that's not your fault. No one could have known that the bastard would get the support of the royal princess," said Klaus. "Yes, Dad, don't blame yourself," said the other two siblings. Suddenly, Elizabeth spoke up, "Honey, what will happen if the bastard died in an unfortunate accident?" "Oh, that will be very bad. If the bastard suddenly got assassinated or dies by bandits, it will be very unfortunate," said Leonard's father with a gleam in his eyes.

"Yes, Dad, it will be very unfortunate," said the siblings, smiling widely. "And of course, the princess could do nothing as this is just an unfortunate accident, and the nobles will see it as a chance to go against her if she tried to do anything," smiled Elizabeth widely. Leonard's father wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her. "This devious mind of yours is only one of the reasons I love you," he said as the siblings chuckled. John looked at Leonard training with Gerald as he thought, "I wonder when he will get to level 100." He sighed as he did the only thing he could do: watch.
