CHAPTER 4: I ACCIDENTALLY KILLED A DEMON MONARCH?

Queen Lucy who was facing a life threatening situation as she fought two of the most powerful foes she had, had no choice but to flee. All her subordinates were killed by her enemies meanwhile she was still being pursued by that damn bitch Chisell and Hero Adam. She was cornered at the Abyss of Netherland, the threshold of the reaper, from where none have returned. Having no choice she had transformed into her true form. Her ancient demon form had the head of a serpent. Six pair of demon wings adorned his dragon body, with a dark scorpion tail arched forward. Her huge size almost covered the entire expanse of the sky.

The battle for a Monarch's death continued at the Abyss of Netherland. The three of them equally rivaled each other in power. However, Queen Lucy was at a disadvantage. With Chisell and Hero Adam before her and the Abyss of Netherland behind her, she had death awaiting her on both sides. When she was dealt a heavy injury by the holy sword of Luna wielded by the Hero, Queen Lucy entered the Abyss of Netherland at her own will. The chances of surviving this deadly abyss was better than dying at the hands of those two monstrous assholes. On contrary to what she had expected she didn't perish to ashes inside the abyss. She was still alive. So she began to explore the abyss looking for a suitable lair where she could recover herself before making it alive out of it. This was when she discovered a mysterious waterfall falling into a mysterious trench. She dove down the depth of it and found herself in a place surrounded by a mysterious ocean from all sides. In the middle of this ocean, she noticed a small island.

Upon approaching it she discovered some suspicious atrifact like objects lying around on the island that was shimmering in a golden halo. So she blasted it off one by one.

Shortly after, when she had almost gotten rid of those suspicious artifacts, she heard a murderous voice shout at her.

"HOW DARE YOU!!"

This was all she heard before she felt a powerful blow hit her. Her death came so instant that all she felt was the blow and before long her body had perished into dust. All of the mana particles protecting her core was destroyed in an instant, thus killing her.

Rius, who was still angry at this strange creature for destroying his lake, his amusement park and his water park, stared at his own palm after punching the demon Queen. One of the things he hated the most was to see his hardwork and effort crumble right under his nose. Whenever something that he has built or created was destroyed right before him, his temper got the best out of him.

But.....

His eyes showed disbelief as he stared at his own fist then back at the perishing body of the gigantic creature.

HOLY SHIT! "Did I kill off that thing with a single punch?" He uttered to himself in shock and disbelief. The power he had asked for before being reborn, it was given to him to this extent.

"Ah!??" Then he realised that he had accidentally killed off a monster. A weak one at that. Had he known that his single punch was this powerful, he would have held back his strength.

"Goodness Rius!"

Rius turned around to his mother. "Mom!" He yelped. He saw surprise in her eyes. Beside her, his father was also looking at him with shocked eyes.

Rimilia stared at her son. She was having a hard time believing what she had just seen. The creature her son had just killed was an ancient demon. Moreover Rius was only four. Her brows frowned.

"Rius, come here this instant." She held a very serious expression on her face.

"Mom. It was an accident." Rius explained himself as he made his way to his mother. When he arrived before her, he was carried in his mother's arms again.

"I know son." Rius heard his mother say this to him. "I know it was an accident." As she pat his back he was taken inside the golden palace.

"What was that sound? Was it an intruder?" Rimius who was still dressed in his night clothes ran out of his room. When he saw Rius and their parents, his expression changed subtly.

"Rimius, take Rius upstairs."

"Yes mother." As the eldest son he caught onto things very fast. Taking Rius from Rimilia he carried him upstairs.

Meanwhile Raputa and Rahad were still sleeping in their own rooms, unaware of the commotion.

Sigh!

Both husband and wife sighed as they walked back outside. They performed a magic ritual to get rid of the demonic miasma left behind by the death of a demon monarch.

"The world must not know." Rimilia spoke turning to her husband. "That the Mystique clan has revived, The world must never know."

"Honey, it will be alright. I will take care of it." Rasheed comforted his wife, patting her on the shoulders softly.

The shock of seeing their lovely son finish off an ancient demon monarch with just a single punch lingered in their mind.

"It was Demon Queen Lucy, wasn't it?" He whispered in a low voice.

Rimilia nod her head. "Hah!" She sighed again. "Rius must have been enraged to see his golden treasure being destroyed. That child loves gold. Moreover, we have always known that his magic vessel was far too powerful ever since his birth. But to think that it was overwhelming to this extent...." Her husband embraced her to ease her worries.

"Don't worry." Rasheed didn't wanted the world to discover either. "We will make sure to not let the world know about us."

Meanwhile Rius who was in his elder brother's bedroom was in a little bit of shock.

He just overheard his parents. They said that he had killed an ancient demon monarch?

He did not knew anything about this world but the key word "Monarch" itself sounded very powerful.

"Did I accidentally killed a demon Monarch?" He asked himself this question.

The answer was a big yes indeed.

Did this mean some sort of trouble might come for him in the future?

The answer to this question was obviously yes.

"Little Riu, what is it?" Rimius saw his little brother self absorbed in his own thoughts.

"Ah? Nothing brother Rimius." Rius smiled brightly, leaving away his worries for the future. "Well, as long as no one discovers it was all safe!" He assured himself.

"My Monarch, Queen Lucy was ambushed." A figure kneeling before the throne of his master gave his report.

"She was last seen at the edge of the Abyss of Netherland."

A pair of blue eyes opened, gazing down at the agent making the report. Sitting on the throne he let his overwhelming aura sting the eyes of the agent.

"Ava, find the traitor. That is your job." The monarch demanded in threatening voice.

Revealing a painful face Ava readily complied with his Monarch's order.

"My Monarch I shall gratefully comply to your command."

During the time this report was being delivered to the Emperor Monarch of the demon clan, Chisell and Hero Adam were still fighting each other.

The fairies and the Mutants, two of the four supreme races were engaged in a fierce war at the moment.
