Walls Come Down

There were times when Henry felt like he was having an identity crisis and, while the men started drinking, he realized it was going to be one of those times.

As the men drank, there were groups of apprentices and groups of knights. Rarely did the two seem to intermingle.

However, Henry desired to be where Trenton, Alix, and Maximus sat with Commander Lothian. They seemed to be having a good time while Henry could only listen to the apprentices as they exchanged stories, never being able to add anything about himself.

The difference between apprentices and knights was that the apprentices felt they had something to prove. They cared most about material things and none of them came from the peasantry so Henry couldn't relate to anything that they were saying.

The knights, on the other hand, shared stories and were comfortable enough to joke around. They seemed more lighthearted because they weren't there to prove themselves and only sought a good time.
