Princess Marie's eyebrows shot up to her forehead.
Her father had said the princess in the novel didn't do her justice but she knew that wasn't the case at all.
Whoever wrote the book spoke highly of the princess's beauty and sweetness. She was the ideal partner for a tough knight like Harry who needed tenderness at the end of a long day.
In the princess's opinion, she thought the princess in the novel was too perfect and her internal desires were never expressed well. It talked more about how Harry experienced things and the princess's thoughts about him were vague.
However, that aspect didn't bother Princess Marie because she would fill in the thoughts all by herself. She was overflowing with thoughts and feelings about Henry so it was easy to transpose them onto the pages of the book.
