A Gift For A Friend
The following morning, Henry met with all of his knights in the dining hall of the inn they were staying in. They discussed his intentions for the visit there and his plan to visit a friend while there wasn't much to do.
"Do you need any knights with you, commander?" Felix asked, his expression showing genuine concern.
"I'm goin to visit a newborn, I'm sure I'll be able to handle it," Henry joked. Then he pointed to his plain clothing. "No one will expect me to be the duke if I'm wearing something so boring."
Felix's concern quickly dissipated and he cracked a smile in response.
"As usual, commander," Felix uttered, though Henry took no offense to the comment. "Though your sword might give you away if someone gets a good look at you."
