What Good Will It Get Me?

The next day, I woke up earlier than my usual body clock. Maybe I had all the sleep I supposed to have so I woke up Lucas so we could resume the talk we had last night.

He groaned when I shook his body endlessly as I murmured his name over and over again. "Lucas, wake up!"

"Five more minutes, Ji," his voice was hoarse as he tried to hug my sitting body with his heavy arms.

"Five minutes!" I exaggerated. I was quite surprised that I am this awake at four in the morning. The sun's not yet rising outside for Pete's sake!

Usually, I'd be the one Lucas will need to wake up and it will even take him a long time before he succeeds and now, I am the one who's bugging him—and with a brilliant and funny idea.

"Five minute's going to be too long! You're already an hour late for work!" I stood up, pulling his arms with me to act that he has really overslept.
