Chapter 11: Our Day at the Island
Olivia and I woke up at 8:00 in the morning. Even though we were still tired, we wanted to get ready for our outing. All of us planned to meet at the lounge area in the hotel at 10:00 in the morning. We were going to have brunch and after that, we decided to swim in the pool for a while.
I had rice cake and veggie mandu. It tasted amazing. It was my first time trying Korean food.
“Have you tried Korean food before?” Rachel asked me as she was feeding her boyfriend the mandu.
“This is my first time,” I said.
“Do you like them?”
“Yes, it tastes delicious.”
“Do you watch Korean dramas?” Rachel asked me. Ben’s eyebrow pointed up as if he was listening to what I was saying.
“Yes, I love them. I recently watched Business Proposal. It is a great drama.”
“When did you star-” before Rachel could finish Ben asked me a question. “Really, do you want to watch it together when we hang out tonight?”
