Battle! The Phoenix vs The Bushi!

Zain, Zofia, and I arrived at Pugilis the next day via blimp. It was the first time Zain and Zofia took the skies without being in a fight. After the blimp landed, we stepped out and some men led us towards the arena where Aria wanted the fight to be held. It was the fight that will start the whole tournament to get the people hyped for the events. I looked around and saw many people. I saw Saya and the girls, Uchi, Paulla, and Azami. I turned to my right and saw Nobunaga with Ranmaru. It was a huge arena. It was more of a Colosseum type arena.

"Good luck in your fight. I know you've been itching to fight Aria." Zain chuckled.

"I didn't wanna fight at all, but I guess it can't be avoided." I smiled.

Zain and I pecked each other's lips then I crouched down to Zofia and kissed her forehead. Zofia giggled and blushed.

"Alright ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! Are you ready to get the Genten World Tournament on the road?!" The announcer said hyped.

The crowd went wild. They were ready to see some fierce battles going underway. Aria put her hair in a ponytail and tied then smiled. I stretched and placed a hand on my hip.

"Alright! Before the tournament actually starts, we have two special stars who will be starting off as our main event! On your left we have the Ruler of Genten, Aria Levarza!" The announcer said and the crowd cheered.

Aria ran out her door and waved to everyone. She smiled as she was ready to get the battle started.

"To your right with have the Undefeatable Queen! She went toe to toe against Nobunaga himself! Stella Bushi!" The announcer said and the crowd cheered once more.

I walked through the open door and rolled my wrists and looked at the crowd and smiled. I looked at Aria and pointed at her.

"I don't want you holding back on me, you hear me?" I said.

"Heh! Same goes for you!" Aria smiled.

"This will be a one round match. The battle will be over when one of the combatants are unable to battle. Killing is prohibited. Are you ready?" The referee said and Aria and I nodded. "Begin!"

Aria dashed towards me and closed her eyes and saw what I was gonna do then executed her plan. My eyes glowed. She went for a punch and I dodged to the left.

"There..a direct hit now!" Aria spun and kicked.

I dodged her kick and she was shocked. I looked at her other foot and placed my hands on the ground then kicked in a circle, sweeping Aria off her feet. Aria was surprised then saw me appear above her. I spun around in the air and went for an axe kick. Aria blocked the kick and fell to the ground.

"Come on Aria! You got this!" Nene yelled.

"Keep up the great pressure Stella!" Saya yelled.

I landed then jumped back and watched Aria stand and smirked. She wiped her mouth and her blue eyes glowed. Nobunaga folded his arms and watched the battle. Ranmaru had high hopes that Aria would win the battle.

"You saw through my plan, you must be a quick thinker like me?" Aria said.

"The best Tactician in Arcania. I'm always three steps ahead of my opponent." I said.

"I see, well I guess I have to out predict you!" Aria dashed towards me.

I dashed towards her and we clashed fists. Aria went for a barrage of attacks and I managed to block them all and went for a palm at her stomach. She pushed my hand down and palmed my chest and blew me away with extreme force. I slid back and grunted. I stopped myself and looked at her. Aria dashed towards me again and went for a strike. I blocked her strike and punched her stomach and blew her away then bellowed and lightning surrounded and I dashed towards her and appeared above her and kicked her down. Aria recovered and as I was landing she swept me off my feet and kicked me away. I grunted and rolled on the ground then recovered.

"Let's go Aria!" Part of the crowd cheered.

"Stella! Let's go!" The other part of the crowd cheered.

The crowd was completely divided and Aria was beginning to get pumped. She slammed her hands on the ground and her eyes glowed and blue flames surged around her. Saya was surprised by the flames.

"Aria's flames are different from any other flame..she is known as the Blue Phoenix in Aysio." Uchi said.

"The Blue Phoenix.." Saya said.

I looked at her and lightning surged around my body. Aria dashed towards me at high speeds. I dashed towards her. She drew her sword and slashed. I ducked then uppercutted her and she flew towards the skies. She flipped and landed on her feet. I bellowed and my aura surged. Aria covered her face and grunted. The crowd was shocked and was silent. Red lightning was starting to be generated. Markings appeared around my body then my aura turned pure gold and red lightning surged on my back then wings appeared. My aura began to sparkled with light particles floating around me. Aria looked shocked. I transformed into my True Heavenless Bushi Mode. I opened my hand and red lightning surged around my hand and formed the Phantom Holy Eclipse.

"Did you see that people?! Stella is going all out now!" The announcer said with shock.

"Awakening!" Azami stood up and was excited.

Aria bellowed and flames surrounded her body. Her voice echoed around the whole Colosseum and two wings emerged from her back then a large flame emerged from her chest. She opened her eyes and they glowed a bright blue color.

"The Phoenix Valkyrie is here folks! Neither one is holding anything back anymore!" The announcer said hyped.

We dashed to each other and clashed blades. As we clashed an elemental repulsive force blew around the Colosseum. We stepped back a bit and clashed multiple times and sparks flew. I pushed Aria back with my aura and Aria slid back then flew into the air. She bellowed and slashed multiple times, sending blade beams my direction.

'This feeling..' I thought to myself.

I dodged the blade beams and dashed towards her. Aria landed on the ground and bellowed and shot a fireball in the air.

"Hellfire Meteor Rain!" Aria bellowed and a barrage of fireballs crashed to the ground.

I dodged them one by one and red lightning surged from my eyes. Aria had blue fire surging from her eyes and we clashed once again.

'This battle with Aria...is actually..fun..!' I thought to myself again.

We clashed multiple times and she palmed my stomach and blew me away. I flapped my wings and flew to the sky. I raised my sword in the air and thunder boomed and lightning crashed down to my sword.

"Supreme...Bolt." I said and slashed down then a large black thunderbolt came down.

Aria dodged it and smirked then looked shocked noticing a second one crashing down. The bolt crashed down and everyone was surprised. The arena was silent. Aria bellowed and her aura surged wildly and began to sparkle.

"The true power of Aria has appeared." Nobunaga said.

I charged up my magic meter to full and my sword shined. We dashed to each other and Aria's sword glowed and released large amounts of aura.

"Fury Arts: Primordial Flame Overdrive!" Aria bellowed.

"Seven Suns Mist!" I bellowed.

"Aria!" Uchi cheered.

"Mama!" Kotome yelled.

We countered each other's first slash then slashed through each other and slid forward. The arena was silent once more. My sword shattered in a million particles and I fell on to my knees.

'Heh...I don't mind losing...just once...' I thought to myself.

The entire arena was shocked. Aria turned around and five more slashes hit her and blew her away. She crashed into the wall and turned normal, sliding down. The referee was surprised. We both weren't able to fight anymore. He didn't know what call to make. A minute later we both stood up and groaned. The referee looked at us.

"Aria Levarza..!" I started. "I...lose."

"What?!" Saya said in shock.

"Are my ears deceiving me?! Did Stella admit defeat?!" The announcer said.

"I'm no longer the Undefeatable Queen.." I smiled. "I was the first to fall, and you were defeated right after due to the effects of Seven Suns Mist. I admit defeat."

"Stella." Aria smiled and walked towards me.

"Referee, call it. Aria Levarza is the victor of this battle." I said and walked off.

"O-Okay..! Aria Levarza is the victor of this battle due to knockout!" The referee said.

The crowd cheered. I smiled then stopped when I heard a specific cheer.

"You're still undefeated to me!" Azami said.

"Yeah! You might have lost in Genten, but in Arcania you are undefeated! You deserve your title!" Miyuna said.

"Stella! Stella! Stella!" Part of the crowd cheered.

I let out a chuckle and raised my hand and walked through the exit. I truly didn't mind losing this battle. Now I can rest with my one loss. It's a blessing I lost the fight..It was more of a curse to me being undefeatable than it was a blessing. Losing makes me happy and I will cherish this loss for the rest of my life. Thank you Aria...for beating me in battle.
