Chp 68 : A Cost To Heal

"W-wait before you go!" Fang yelled out holding all of the ritual equipment in a hug bag that was double her size

She reached out for his hand and a warm glowing light transferred from her abdomen onto Siun's bruised hand.

It instantly healed his wound

[Wow... so this is the power of Fang Raphael. She's a real holy dragon saint! Not some creepo like Doryu!]

Suddenly Doryu came and slapped Siun's hand away from Fang's

"What the hell are you doing?! Are you hurt Fang?!" She exclaimed as she kneeled down to look at Fang's hand

Her hand was now bleeding, exactly like Siun's was before she healed it

"W-what's wrong with her hand?" Siun asked

"It's because she healed you!" Doryu sighed "I'm going to let it slide this time because you didn't know, but when Fang heals someone she inflicts the damage onto herself!"

Doryu went and grabbed Fang's hand to show Siun, her hand was now bloody

"See? Oh well you can't see it anymore because she has healing powers so she regenerates faster than normal people but it still takes a toll on her body! And she is 3 so we only let her use it when necessary" 

"Then were you the one who healed Glen? I heard he had a mysterious illness similar to mine!"

"No Fang was the one who healed Glen, rich people are picky! Especially the king, they only want the best for their potential heirs. So they only wanted Glen to be healed by Fang, so Fang healed Glen to form a good relationship and alliance between Xinthri and New Cerulean"

"Yes, and Glen's illness wasn't that taxing on my body since it wasn't anything physical. He just had a cluster headache, so now my head hurts every now and then but it should be gone within a few weeks!" Fang said as Doryu picked her up into a piggyback

[Fang's healing powers...]

[Tex : Yes, there is a cost for her healing someone, she inflicts it on herself, but to a smaller degree]

"Anyways, we are going back to the church now since there is no use for me and Fang to stay here risking getting attacked by demons when it is unnecessary... Also bring you family to the church tomorrow at exactly 10 when it opens, not only to get healed by the saints, but also so I can put my plans into action!"

"Alright, see you" Siun said as he shook Doryu's hand
