"If you don't tell me your answer now... I guess I'll have to kill both of them"

"WAIT!...I-I'll choose Ms. Yael!"

"To save or to kill?" Damion asked as he slowly approached Lucas, only up close could you actually realize how much taller Damion was

"So what is it?" He said leaning in closer

"I..."

"Come on boy... Tell me" Damion said resting his hands on Lucas's shoulders

"K-kill... Ms. Yael..."

"HAHAHA, well said! Did you hear that your royal highness!"

Yael's expression was pale with shock... how could he do this to her? Is what she thought

"There's no denying it! He chose to kill you Yael... All those things you did to him and his mother came back to bite you!.. He's killing you to save his new 'mom'... Isn't that hilarious!"

"No that's no true!" Lucas yelled out

"Huh?... It's not? Then I supposed you would rather have me kill Elena hm?"

"I-I..."

"Aishh... stop stuttering boy! You 25!... Huhuhu or is it that your still mentally 17 after what Yael did to you?"

"...You don't have to repeat... the truth..."

"Hah! so you finally accept it, what Yael did was truly unforgiveable and wrong right?"

"...Yes"

Damion let out a big smile after hearing Lucas say that "So let me repeat this again... What Yael did to you was wrong. And she deserves to be harshly punished?"

"...Yes"

"And what do you propose that punishment be?" Damion said in a smug tone while pointing at one of his demon dogs ready to kill

"...Death, Yael should be punished with death..."

"Like how she killed your mother?"

That sentence only made the anger and rage towards Yael in Lucas resurface again

"Yael should be killed! Like how she killed mother!" Lucas said with his eyes swelling

"Very good!... Any last words Yael?" Damion said as the demon dogs got closer to Yael

Yael heard everything... from how Damion interrogated Lucas, and Lucas's hateful words towards her. But she did not feel any hatred for Lucas, instead she felt sad... sad that he hated her, but more importantly... sad that she did those things to him and his mother when she was a child

"Can I have my last private conversation with Lucas?"

"Haaah... fine fine, It's your dying wish after all... remember that and don't try anything funny"

"Lucas... I'm-"

"Don't!.. even try to change my mind Yael! If you feel any kind of remorse you should die!"

Yael felt hurt because of his words, she was so used to him addressing her politely like how a student addresses their teacher

[Yael : Why am I even hurt by this... After everything I have done... Father didn't raise a person that cries over stuff like this...]

"So?.. What did you want to say to me Yael! It better not be curses!"

"Lucas... It's nothing like that, I don't have any hatred towards you... or your mother. And the reason I wanted to talk to you wasn't to curse at you... I wanted to say Im sorry for-"

"For killing my mother!" Lucas interrupted

"Yes... but also that I'm sorry, for everything I mean. From the start I did everything wrong, from the moment you guys were captured by my father, the moment I took you guys out of the cell... when I tried to steal away your mother, when I killed her in my stupid tantrum... and most importantly when I took you away and got some mysterious figure to erase your memories"

"Yael..."

"I'm sorry! sorry that it took me so long to tell you... and sorry this was how you had to find out!... I'm sorry for everything and to everyone! I'm sorry to Jean, I'm sorry to you and to Karter!... and I'm sorry to my dad... And I'm sorry of how I would use you as my replacement for Jean..."

"... Yael I-"

"It's fine Lucas... I don't hate you, and I'm happy that you made the right choice by choosing me instead of Elena"

Yael looked towards Damion who wore an expression telling her to quickly wrap it up

"I know that you are very different from me Lucas, but don't do what I did an use Elena as a replacement for Jean... Look at how I turned out"

Yael said as she looked into Lucas's eyes, both of them tearing up

"Bye Lucas... I'm sorry... I love you"

"Ms. Yael..." Lucas muttered as he reached his hands out to caress Yael's face... but he was to late because right after Yael finished her sentence, the demon dogs swiftly ran towards he body and killing her and eating her alive

"Ms. Yael!"

Lucas said as he looked at what was left of her... her badly torn face and her punctured body spewing blood all over... contrasting the black void they were in
