With Long Xixi on his left and Bai Miaomiao on his right, Shen Fu strolled around the neighborhood as if they were a family of three before heading back home. He exchanged greetings with some neighbors along the way, but didn't stop for a chat.

However, the house seemed empty, even though the living room was lit. Only Bai Huahua was there, licking her chrysanthemum all by herself.

Bai Miaomiao immediately went over to berate Mount Tai for his scummy behavior, but he remained calm and unaffected.

Shen Fu wondered, "Where are they? Could they have gone out to have fun?"

Ignoring him, Bai Miaomiao went straight upstairs. Shen Fu turned to Long Xixi and said, "Xixi, how about you sleep with Sister Qian tonight?"

"No," Long Xixi declared with independence, "I can sleep by myself."

"Without wetting the bed?" Shen Fu asked skeptically.

Long Xixi stood with arms akimbo, "Uncle, how can you look down on me?"
