Looking at his suddenly somewhat unfamiliar wife, Harrison Clark hesitated briefly.
She was smiling, but there was no joy in her smile, only a faint sense of relief and desolation.
"Harrison, there's one thing I don't understand. You've seen the most sacrifices and have died in battle many times. I thought you would have the greatest awareness. But..."
Harrison Clark: "Perhaps it's because I was born in the 21st century. My values were formed in that era, so even though I've lived in this world for a longer time, some deep-rooted things won't be easily changed. But that's fine, it doesn't affect my decision-making ability. Our eras span a thousand years, and there are some things you take for granted that I can't, and don't intend to, learn."
Nora Camp nodded slightly, "Mm, I understand."
