Sarutobi Hiruzen grappled with a throbbing headache, reminiscent of the stab wound on his face, intensified by the realization that recovering lost political standing would be an arduous task.

Approaching Tsunade, Kazuhiko asked, "We're heading back. Would you like to come with us?"

Tsunade, exchanging a weary glance with Sarutobi Hiruzen, received a nod of approval. However, a thoughtful gleam in the Third Hokage's eyes hinted at underlying concerns.
