I Messed Up, I Traveled to Jade Dynasty with a System
Greyson Pierce was an ordinary man leading a life plagued by bad luck. His streak of misfortune finally caught up with him, and he met an untimely end. But death wasn’t the end for Greyson. Instead, he found himself reborn in a world that felt eerily familiar—a realm of cultivation, filled with powerful sects, mystical beasts, and ruthless cultivators. It dawned on him that he was now living inside one of the TV shows he had watched in his previous life.
Equipped with only his knowledge of the show and a mysterious system that grants him quests and rewards, Greyson must navigate this perilous world. While the system provides aid, it is not infallible, and Greyson must rely on his wits, cunning, and a touch of luck to survive.
In a land where only the strong survive, can the unluckiest man carve out his own destiny and rise to the top, or will his bad luck prove to be his undoing?

Chapter 17: New features and rewards
Just then, Grey glanced down and realized with a shock that he was completely naked. The intense lightning that had struck him not only seared his body but also burned away all of his clothes, leaving him exposed in the aftermath of his monumental breakthrough."Seriously?" Grey exclaimed, his previous confidence faltering as he took in the situation. He looked around in a panic, hoping against hope that no one had witnessed his impromptu display. The triumph he had felt moments ago was suddenly tinged with a mix of irritation and embarrassment. With a groan, Grey quickly moved to find some cover, his victorious mood slightly dampened by his sudden lack of attire. The powerful, awe-inspiring scene of his breakthrough had taken an unexpected turn, leaving him scrambling to maintain what little dignity he had left. As he hurried to cover himself, he couldn't help but mutter under his breath, "Of all the things to happen…"The spectacle of lightning and its aftermath did not go unnoticed by anyone on the peak. Tian Buyi, who had been observing the unusual storm from a distance, watched with a keen eye as the tempest raged. He knew better than to confront the lightning directly, aware of the immense power it held. So, he waited, biding his time until the storm had finally subsided. As the sky cleared, Tian Buyi made his way to the source of the disturbance. The closer he got, the more evident the storm's ferocity became. The ground was scorched, the earth charred and cracked from the intense energy that had been unleashed. Debris lay scattered, and the very air seemed to hum with the residual power of the lightning that had struck. The scene was one of both awe and destruction, as if nature itself had been forced to bow before the event that had transpired.Tian Buyi stood at the edge of the clearing, his gaze sweeping over the devastation with a mixture of awe and concern. "Who could have caused such a colossal incident?" he wondered aloud. His brow furrowed as he tried to make sense of what he was seeing. The sheer magnitude of the destruction spoke of a significant breakthrough, something far beyond the ordinary bounds of cultivation.Yet, the identity of the culprit remains a mystery. As Grey wrapped himself in a makeshift cloak of bamboo leaves, he sprinted towards the safety of the forest. His face was flushed with embarrassment, and every rustle of the leaves or snap of a twig made him flinch, fearing that someone might stumble upon him in this precarious state. The absurdity of the situation weighed heavily on his mind. He could already picture the scene—the entire Big Bamboo Peak erupting in laughter, with him as the butt of every joke. Grey couldn't help but cringe as he imagined what might happen if anyone saw him in his current state. The very thought made him want to dig a hole and jump in, hiding from the world until the embarrassment faded. The idea of being caught, wrapped in nothing but hastily gathered bamboo leaves after such a monumental breakthrough, was almost too much to bear.Determined to avoid such a fate, Grey moved as quickly as he could, zigzagging through the trees with a newfound urgency. Each step was carefully calculated. His senses were heightened to pick up any sign of movement that might indicate an onlooker. As Grey finally made it back to his room, he quickly threw on his clothes, his face still flushed with embarrassment. He muttered to himself, "Next time, I'll definitely be more prepared. A spare set of clothes would have saved me a lot of trouble."He then turned his attention to the system interface, still feeling a mix of frustration and exasperation. "And as for those lightning tribulations," he grumbled, "why didn't the system at least give me a heads-up? A little warning would have been nice."The system, as usual, remained silent, leaving Grey to shake his head in annoyance. He let out a deep sigh, trying to calm his nerves. Despite the ordeal, he was relieved to have completed his breakthrough, and he knew he'd need to brace himself for whatever came next—prepared, of course, with extra clothes.[Congratulations on breaking through Foundation stage successfully][You were rewarded with 1000 points][Item recycler is unlocked][Inventory Unlocked][You gained Stellar refinement technique (S)][You successfully forged the Body of creation and destruction (Ex)][You were rewarded with 1000 points for achieving something impossible against the law of the Universe]"What the hell?" Grey shouted, eyes wide as he scanned through the notifications that filled the system screen. The new information stunned him, and he couldn't help but feel a wave of disbelief wash over him.---[ Name: Greyson Pierce][ Age: 11 ][ Cultivation: 1st Stage of Foundation Establishment ][Cultivation technique: Heavenly demon cultivation (1st stage)][ Physique: Body of Creation and Destruction, Body of Chaos (1st stage) (Ex) ](A body reforged to accommodate the two primordial laws of the Universe)[ Evaluation: A person who forged his own path, a unique existence across universes ][ Points: 2100 ]---Grey blinked, trying to make sense of what he was seeing. "Um, what the hell is going on?" he muttered, a mix of awe and confusion in his voice. He knew that cultivating both Qi and Demonic Qi was a rare and dangerous path, one that few dared to tread. But this? A Body of Creation and Destruction? A Body of Chaos? It was far beyond anything he'd expected. His mind raced, trying to grasp the implications. "I know cultivating Qi and Demonic Qi is hard and nearly impossible for most," Grey continued, pacing around the room, "but what the hell is a Body of Creation and Chaos? This feels more like I'm becoming… something completely different from other cultivators."The weight of these revelations sank in, and for a moment, Grey felt a mix of excitement and trepidation. The path he had chosen was fraught with danger and uncertainty, but it was also one filled with unimaginable potential. He expected his journey to be challenging, but he never imagined it would lead to something this special. Still, the thought of possessing such a unique power stirred something deep within him—a sense of destiny, perhaps, or simply the thrill of the unknown. His thoughts settled into a quiet resolve. Whatever this transformation meant, it was his to embrace. More power meant more safety and, ultimately, the peaceful life he sought. But it also meant greater responsibilities and challenges, ones that would test him in ways he had never imagined. With a deep breath, Grey clenched his fists, determination flaring in his eyes. "Whatever this means, I'll face it head-on. If I'm meant to be different, then I'll embrace it. No matter what challenges lie ahead, I'll keep moving forward—on my own path."
