CHAPTER 12

"But I have to," said Prince Aerus, then removed the veil on Lia's face. There was no prediction he had unless Lia had an ugly face, or maybe a curse. What might he have done if she had an ugly face? Maybe he will sneer.

Lia couldn't protect herself. Her hands couldn't even move as her husband was now wide-eyed after seeing her face. "Don't look at my face!" she said loudly, but it was too late.

Prince Aerus widened his eyes, stunned. Even his mouth was slightly open, as if in awe. His eyes blinked rapidly as if blown by a very strong wind. The wind represented Lia's face, which he knew very well.

"Y-your face…" Even he couldn't continue his words, his grip loosened as time seemed to stop spinning. "Lia!" he whispered, barely realizing he wanted to hug the girl in front of him.

Lia's face didn't change at all. Her eyes were still wide and lively, her nose sharp and perfect, her lips thin and supple-looking. Her skin now looks clean, against her white hair. Even the color of her eyes had changed drastically.

Lia pushed Prince Aerus' body, covering her cheeks to her chin. Her body is not yet fully formed. On the cheeks, to the chin, the skin has not yet formed, and even the flesh still looks transparent like a puddle. This was the most inappropriate form her husband saw after they had not seen each other for quite a while.

Her hands grabbed her veil that fell on the floor while her body was ready to get up and leave her current position.

But unfortunately, Prince Aerus caught her hand again, pushing her body against the wall under the lighting of the stones, pinned her hands above her head.

"Let me go!" she struggled, as her husband's face drew near. His expression was turbulent, with a frown. In the midst of all that remained a wave of anger in his eyes. "Why? Do you want to mock my imperfect face?" Lia asked trying to cover her nervousness. "Are you going to tell people that the queen of Centraxus is a rudimentary fetus?"

Prince Aerus' lips were tight, even though he wanted to say something.

"Oh, or do I look beautiful in your eyes? Or do I look like your wife?"

Seeing Lia squealing, the prince immediately jerked her hand as his legs retreated. "Are you making fun of me?" roared Prince Aerus, realizing that this was just Lia's trick. He thinks Lia has another face, only she uses her energy to change her face like his wife's.

"That is none of your business." Lia adjusted her dress, biting her lip secretly.

"Quickly change your face again!" Prince Aerus ordered when he saw Lia was about to leave him. "I know it's not your face! You used that face to…" He swallowed his words, choosing not to reveal any facts if he wanted to keep winning against Lia.

"Is that true?" Lia smirked after putting her veil back on. "It seems that this face looks attractive to you, Prince." Her hand touched his royal suit, lingering there. "Then I won't change this face forever." Her figure drifted away, as Prince Aerus roared in rage.

Prince Aerus arrived at Hexa weak and chaotic. His annoyance grew so intense that he snapped at anyone who spoke to him, including his parents.

The king and queen noticed the strangeness, and they asked the servant who had gone to Centraxus. But unfortunately, they did not get any answer.

"Maybe The Boy met his first love," said Prince Phoko jokingly, which was ignored by the king and queen.

Prince Aerus plopped down on the bed, rolling over after punching whatever was around him. Several explosions were created outside the palace, shocking everyone in the palace. The explosions nearly injured several soldiers and several servants.

Seeing this, King Artesun immediately ran to his son. His wife followed behind him.

"Aerus, what exactly is it?" asked the king, looking worried. But all he got was another furious expression from his son, one that seemed capable of blowing up the core in Prince Aerus' body.

"It's all because of you!" raged Prince Aerus, blowing up the tables in his room. "If you didn't force me to attend the banquet then this wouldn't have happened!"

"What do you mean, my son?" asked Queen Lunanis, who had never once received the ire of her son in all this time.

"GET OUT!" enraged Prince Aerus, pelting things with telekinetic energy. After everyone was out of his room, he jerked himself up on the bed again, banging his head on the pillow over and over again. "Why do I keep thinking about her? Her face is fake! Stop thinking about her!"
