List + Brief Explanation of Cultivation Realms (Vol 1)

In the Aldair Kingdom, cultivation is divided in 'Realms' which are further divided into subdivisions known as 'Layers'. Each Realm has 10 Layers within it. These layers can also be referred by words, instead of numerically. Layers 1,2 and 3 are called 'early tier', Layers 4,5 and 6 are called 'middle tier', layers 7,8 and 9 are called 'high tier' and the 10th layer is called 'peak tier'. Also, in layers also there is early, middle, late etc. but that is very simple as it just means how close they are to breaking through to the next layer. if someone got to a certain layer not long ago they are early stage and if they are closer to the next layer then they would be a late stage.

For example: Here are the Soul Cultivation Realms

1) Spirit Apprentice

2) Spirit Fighter

3) Spirit Warrior

4) Spirit Master

5) Spirit Grandmaster

A Spirit Fighter of the 7th Layer can also be called a high tier Spirit Fighter, a Spirit Warrior of the 2nd Layer can also be referred to as an Early Tier Spirit Warrior, etc.

Similar to how the Layers are grouped into brackets of 3, so are the Realms, but it's not exactly the same situatuon.

After every three realms, there is a bottleneck where most cultivators get stuck at and in order to advance, they must undergo special circumstances such as tribulations. These will most likely be described in detail in another auxiliary chapter when the main character, Eric, will break through a bottleneck himself.

Another thing to remember is that while calculating the difference in cultivation level between cultivators, the terminology: major and minor realms are used. A major realm is a Cultivation realm such as Spirit Apprentice and a minor realm is a sub division/layer, such as 3rd, 4th, etc.

If someone says, "This guy outclassed his opponent by 1 major and 3 minor realms; he will 1000% win!" that means that if the opponent is a 3rd Layer Spirit Apprentice, "this guy" is a 6th Layer Spirit Fighter.

Before I post all the three cultivation paths' cultivation levels, I would like to remind you that these are not all the levels in the series, but they are the only ones that will be mentioned in volume 1, therefore this is the Volume 1 edition of the Cultivation Ranks Explanation which I will probably post again once I get to Volume 2.
