Falling into the zombie Marvel universe, I discovered the TVA Tempad, my escape hatch through the omniverse. Fed up with zombies, heroes and magic, I embark on a search for a serene corner, far from the damned cosmic complication. My mission is to find peace in a universe without the eccentricities of my reality infected with all those things taken from science fiction.

"Definitely, this wasn't what I expected from an isekai experience."
From the window of some building in New York, with my mountain backpack on my back, I observe a devastated city. Most windows are shattered, cars overturned, and a gray sky that seems to reflect the desolation that has taken over this place.
My gaze settles on my reflection in the broken window. Have you ever looked at yourself in a mirror and reflected on who you are as a person, as if seeing yourself from a different perspective? That's exactly what I'm doing right now.
I fix my gaze on this person who has been dragged into a dimension infested with superpowered zombies. They fight day by day to survive, avoiding both zombies and survivors who might find and end them.
Even my appearance has been affected by the circumstances. I'm dirty, my long brown hair looks unkempt, and a beard of the same color adorns my face. My pale skin and dark circles evidence the harsh conditions I've had to endure. My body, sculpted by constant activity, is a testament to the difficulties I've faced in this new world.
The zombie apocalypse has fallen upon this universe that was once just the backdrop of comics and movies under the name of Marvel. When I arrived here, I thought I could avoid real dangers by evacuating in time. Sure, putting aside attacks from heavily armed aliens and terrorists. However, my perception changed drastically when a Sentry turned zombie fell from the sky, making me understand that the situation had multiplied in severity.
As I watch the dead walking the abandoned streets, my eyes grow heavy. I don't know how I've managed to survive this long. It's been a lot of coincidences and quite a bit of luck that have allowed me to make it to today. At 23 years old now, when this started I was barely 19.
I have witnessed the deaths of many people in these four years. Many sacrificed their lives so that I could carry on, and that weight constantly accompanies me. Although I was never a sentimental person, I understand better than anyone that if it weren't for each of those sacrifices, my life wouldn't have made it to this point.
Every scar on my body tells a story, but not all of them come from zombies. The other survivors, for the most part, are even more terrifying. The lack of control and punishment has allowed some humans to become predators, from rapists to enslavers and cold-blooded killers. I have endured shootings, torture, and even attempts at mutilation.
The good thing is that the most messed-up zombies went to space, taking their plague to other places in the universe. So, at least until the infection reaches the entire universe, I don't think I'll see a Sentry or Hulk patrolling the Earth looking for my head. The sorcerers, on the other hand, left long ago to pollute the universe with their crappy portals.
The heroes and races like those from the Moon or mutants are off-planet, fighting on astral planes. Even the witches seem to have disappeared.
In summary, despite some special zombies and some local problems, Earth is currently the safest place in this universe. However, I don't know how long humanity will be able to stay safe. The fight for survival continues, and each day is another battle in this chaotic dimension that is now my home.
But to be honest, I had lost all desire to live. After becoming the last survivor of my group, I lost all hope. Ever since Sentry Zombie fell from the sky, I knew this universe was doomed. Though at that time, I feared death so much that I never considered taking my own life. However, now, I no longer care. I didn't want to become one of those things, so I had planned to throw myself from the tallest building. Well, before that happened, there were a few things I still wanted to do before dying. I pulled out a wish list from my pocket.
Number 1, rob a bank. Done.
Number 2, roll around in a pile of money. Done.
Number 3, wipe my ass with $100 bills. Done.
Number 4, lose my virginity. Hmm, I think I'll scratch this off the list. Zombie apocalypses depicted in movies are nothing like what I've experienced. None of the girls in the group showed any interest in me. Even when I was the only man in the group. How sad.
At least, sex would have made the situation less traumatic. But oh well, what can you do? I glanced at the last wish I had yet to fulfill.
Number 5, vandalize the Sanctum Sanctorum. I know it sounds childish and a waste, but my options were limited. There were places I couldn't go, even if I wanted to. So these five wishes were my best shot.
I looked at the city again before heading towards the stairs.
"I guess I'll head to that temple in the center of the city... I've wanted to see it for a long time." That temple was something special, and any Marvel fan knew which organization it belonged to. The problem was that until now, the number of zombies in that area had been extremely high. But tonight, I knew there would be a commotion in the center, clearing that place more. Why the commotion? Well, let's just say I prepared a beautiful explosive gift, a bomb created by myself. It wasn't chemical or anything, but when your life depends on something, it's amazing how quickly you can learn.
Descending the stairs, I ignored the bodies with split heads on the steps. Just dead ones that were finished off by me. Although their souls still lingered in their bodies, with no brain to control them, it's the same as being dead. When I reached the last floor, I made sure there were no new dead ones before carefully stepping out. I wore a cloak stained with blood and flesh from the zombies and pulled a "V for Vendetta" movie mask from my backpack. I mainly wore it to prevent zombie blood from getting into my mouth, and also because it looked cool, though I'll never admit it.
Zombies have some intelligence, but their sight is a mess. They're guided by the sense of noise and smell, so as long as I walk like an idiot with a cloak full of zombie blood, everything will be fine.
