96 The arrival

I heard voices beside me but they were far away from me to figure out what they were talking. 

I knew if I open my eyes, I will be back to that hellhole and this time there is no escaping. If I knew my life would end like this, I wouldn't have lived this far. I won't get to see my husband as well as the unborn baby. I would get killed for an unknown reason and that scares me like hell. 

"Ly, I am so sorry. Please wake up baby" 

That sounds oddly familiar, I feel his hand Holding mine and kissing my Knuckles. God! I am hallucinating. What if it is Maddie dad's who is kissing my hand? I wanted to shrug it off but couldn't find the strength to move as well as open my eyes. 

"I love you so much" he sniffles and kisses both my hands. I could feel my throat clogging up with a lump in my throat hearing his voice. This feels so real! If only I can, I wanted to see with my eyes who is kissing my hand. Cole is back at home and he can't be the one beside me, right?
