Chapter 20 Sword Life Spirit

Hearing what Zhu Gun said, Chi Sung was angry but he knew that the winner has the right to look down on the loser.

But what he said about the five monsters were right.

They were no longer interested in battling for a higher rank, they all know that the people above them can no longer be moved.

Chi Sung stood up and left the arena, following behind was Zhu Gun as he went to his room.

As more sword qi entered, the inside space of the dantian increased rapidly, after getting to 140 square feet, it speed of increase reduced, finally reaching 165 square feet it stopped.

Seeing that he has reached the limited size of dantian for the Lighting Sword technique, Lu Jin was about to stop his technique when all of a sudden, his body automatically absorb the energy qi in the surrounding, converting it into sword qi and sending it to his dantian.

The limited size for a dantian that is stated by the Lighting Sword technique which was 165 square feet, was surpassed as the dantian grew until it reached the limited size of a xiantian realm dantian, which is 180 square feet.

The remaining sword qi strengthen the circumference of the dantian and filled up the 1st section of the dantian, but it could not break the seal to the 2nd section.

Since the beginning of time in this Universe, the dantian has been proven to have nine(9) sections and each section represent the rank in a cultivation realm.

The amount of sword qi Lu Jin's body absorb could fill the rank one section, but could not breakthrough the seal to step into the rank two section.

Cultivation is defiling the Heaven and changing ones fate. There is always a price to pay for power, strength, wealths, eternal youth and immortality.

The Heavenly Dao has placed a seal on the dantian of every cultivator above the body tempering realm. Not being able to breakthrough the seal places a limit/stop to your cultivation journey.

Seeing the amount of space in his dantian, Lu Jin was shocked, it was 180 square feet.

As he was going through his dantian, the next moment, Boom!!!

Ahhhhh!!!!!! Lu Jin cried as he rolled on the ground with his hands on his head.

After a few minutes, Lu Jin calmed down as he lied on the floor, after getting himself, Lu Jin sat up. Looking around, Lu Jin could see that nothing has changed, his senses were the same.

Checking inside his body, it was the same except for his consciousness, something was rotating in it.

Calling it through his thought, something that Lu Jin never believe happened.

Six rotating swords appeared behind Lu Jin and each of the swords has different shapes and exude different auras, with the only thing common, was the blood red light that was swirling around the swords.

I.....I HAVE A LIFE SPIRIT, I LU JIN FINALLY HAVE A LIFE SPIRIT! HAHAHAHAHA," Lu Jin shouted as he could not contain the joy he felt.

Although the problem of getting tired after breathing in energy qi for about two hours was solved after he learnt to control the opening and closing of his skin pores to absorb energy qi and to hide his cultivation realm.

Only if he activate his energy qi or a Martial King who personally check his cultivation realm, can he be seen through.

Still, it was known that not having a life spirit is a limit in the cultivation journey. The life spirit gives an aptitude towards a particular element.

It absorbs energy qi faster, purifies and converts energy qi better and it increases ones battle prowess.

Each of the spinning life spirit have a different element, it sizes and it's uses are different. It also represented the five ways of attack and the way of defence in the last sword.

Lu Jin tried performing the man and spirit harmonization, but figured that he could not do it, his control over his sword qi was not good enough.

"I should stabilize my rank, then open the storage ring to get my reward, before going to see how Tu Feng has been doing.

Taking an origin energy stone in his hand, Lu Jin crushed the stone into powder as he absorb the energy qi in the powder through his (six sword) life spirit.

Feeling the amount of energy qi that his life spirit could absorb at once, it was seven times greater than when he used his body.

"A cultivator without a life spirit can really not compare to a cultivator with life spirit in the xiantian realm," Lu Jin said, feeling excited about getting his life spirit when he just broke through to the xiantian realm.

He took a fire element energy stone, crushing it powder, he absorb the energy qi from the powder using his life spirit, but compared to when he absorbed the origin energy qi from the origin energy powder, only one sword spirit absorbed the fire element qi, it was the flaming sword.

The flaming sword is 120mm in widths and 5ft in length. Lu Jin could see how it absorbs only energy qi of the fire element.

"That means that each of the sword absorbs energy qi of only one element, let me see if they can absorb the sword qi in a sword energy stone," Lu Jin said, taking a sword energy stone in his hand, he crushed the energy stone to powder, absorbing the sword qi from the powder, it was even faster than absorbing the origin qi from the origin energy stone.

"It might be because the sword qi absorbed, doesn't go through the purification process, hence the speed," Lu Jin figured it out quite quickly.

"Time to visit Tu Feng, no one will notice me visiting him by this time of the night," Lu Jin said as he left his room, going to Tu Feng's room.
