Training Begins

Two days later, I am now standing in the newly renovated personal training facility. When they began working I asked our family butler Jon to take care of any unnecessary rumors that will arise. He is a nice old man and cares a lot about me. He took matters into his hand and spread the rumor in the castle that the facility is renovated because my father wanted to learn a new technique.

The old facility is now completely new with a lot of decorative and modern upgrades. The walls were painted newly. Light crystals also changed so now the hall room is extra bright. The floor is now polished with new marble flooring. Training swords are changed and new swords are placed in the gallery. Some wooden swords were also added to the gallery.

As per my request, there is all the modern and new gym equipment. There are dumbles with various weights, and places for push up and pull up. There are various other tools for bodybuilding.

There is also a place for resting. The benches are in a row on both sides of the room. In total, the room is a perfect heaven for me to spend my days on.

"It seems like my father is too much excited. There's even a communication stone." As I carefully observed the communication stone someone knocked on the door.

"It's ok. You can enter now." I ordered the person behind the door.

The door is being pushed slightly and a black-haired girl sneaked inside. She quickly starts to look around the facility. She is carrying a heavy bag on her shoulder. While she is approaching me I asked her, "Did my mother instruct you anything specifically?"

Hearing my question she became nervous and started to hide the thing my mother told her. It looks like my mother did tell her something extremely specific about my training and I can probably guess what she may have told her. So I didn't pursue this any longer instead, I told her, "Listen I don't know what she may have ordered you but since you hear you have to follow a certain rule."

She nodded facing her head downward. As I continued, "Rule number one, You will not tell my mother anything that I specifically ordered you not to leak to anyone. Number two, you will not question any of my methods. The moment you entered this room you will only follow my order. Number three, unless I asked you anything you will remain silent. If you follow this rule you are free to roam around the facility and I will even let you work beside me. But breaking any of this I will personally punish you. Am I clear?"

"Yes, Master." She replied with a frightened voice. I can feel that she is quite terrified of me. But this is what wanted. Originally I was opposing the idea of a person accompanying me. I don't want anyone to know about my life. But then it hit me I can't just stay alone forever. At one point I will have to move into the shadows to fight my enemy. So I need loyal people beside me. So I decided that I'll make Claire my right hand. My most loyal servant who will help me. For now, she is still a seedling that didn't grow properly. But fear, not I will make you grow beside me and turn you into something that even the world will fear.

For now, I will focus on my training. I will train her later when I am slightly strong enough. With this, I started my daily training. My training comprised a list of daily activities.

First I do a Diamond Press-Up 100 times then 100 hundred pulls on the pull-up bar than 100 squats, then 100 weight lifting. Finally ended everything with half-hour a plunk. In the middle of each session, I would take a 5-minute rest. In the beginning, I could even complete one-half of what I wanted but as time progressed day by day my capability also increased. It took me a week to finally catch up to my goal target. But as time progressed I fell into a deadly problem.

"Sir what are you thinking?" Claire asked me while I was resting on the bench. For a few days am quite troubled about one thing. My training is going well and I started to feel that my body is growing and changing rapidly but there is one major problem. As of now, I had done every major bodybuilding art except for one, running. Usually, I run in the room every day from one side to the other. But that didn't feel right as it will only improve my agility but not my speed. For maximizing my speed I need to run on an open field. But I am a bit reluctant about this. First of all, I still hiding that fact about my training. Second, there are no open fields close to our castle. So I have to find a way to train in this room.

As I was thinking about what to do Claire's question broke my train of thought. When I looked at her she already started unpacking the lunch from the trolly. "Nothing. You do what you are doing." Saying that to her I started analyzing the wheels of the trolly.

The wheels are known as humanity's greatest invention. Even other races agree about this. After years of upgrading the wheels nowadays become very advanced compared to their old models. In my second dream, I was a mercenary. I had a large mercenary army under my command. Around that time a particular type of magic vehicle was invented. It was an all-purpose vehicle with multiple wheels that use rubber as a grip in between them. As a result, this vehicle can move any terrain without any problem. The wheels are more of a cylinder shape that holds the rubber in place.

I bought a bunch for my army and they regularly needed maintenance. I used to do maintenance on them regularly before we got bigger and hire maintenance workers for them. If I could make something like that wheel system and make it in a way that it does not touch the ground I can easily walk or run on them at a controlled speed.

"This is a brilliant idea," I shouted with joy. Close to me, Claire become surprised by my sudden shouting. I never thought that I am a genius but today I feel very happy. I quickly finished my lunch and ordered Claire, "Claire get ready quickly. We will be heading to the city." Claire got quite surprised her face turned red for a split second but she quickly readjusted her composer. "I'll always be ready."

The Redeemer City. It's one of the oldest cities in the kingdom and also the only city in the land of Redeemer Duchy. When the Redeemer family took control of the Pendragon layer thousands of years, ago they build the Redeemer City as their main hub of control.

The City is located below the mountains where the Redeemer Castle is. The majority of the people who live here are farmers. We Redeemers have a rich business in farming. That's what our forefathers did and that's what we have done up until this moment. The pendragon layer is a land that is surrounded by a thick Mountain range that starch a long range from the Southern plane to the Northern Desert. But the rest is a large flat land that stretches toward the Ruin Seashore.

Originally Redeemer Duchy is a small country. But when the Gondor Kingdom rose to the power and began their invasion in this Duchy around seven hundred years ago my Ancestor at that time swore a pledge of allegiance towards the Gondor King. It was done so to protect the people of this land and not to cause any unnecessary bloodshed. From then on Gondor has the full commend and right of this land.

For years many had coveted this land but to manage this land is not a joke. At one point in history when a foolish king of Gondor listened to the words of his allies demoted the Redeemer family and give the pendragon layer to another family. After three years of ruling the land, the family failed to produce crops and resulting in a massive scale Famine. From then on Kingdom decided that if they were to fight a war they must need that family in charge of that land.

The City is bustling with people. The harvest season has ended and recently there was a huge harvest festival. People who visited this place from far away stayed in the city for a few more days and so the city is busy more than usual.

As our carriage is moving down the street the native people started to recognize us. Some even started gossiping about us after they saw us. I have quite a reputation in this place. My parents were respected here but when it comes to me they still didn't know what to do. There are some incidents in the past that I have committed that probably made them judge me like this. Around a month ago when my 12th birthday was celebrated in the city an orphaned kid approached me with a dirty hand. I became furious and pushed him away. I didn't know that he was orphaned at that time and later I send a small apology to him saying that it was my bad. My father even invested money in the orphanage.

But what people heard that I pushed away someone they started to feel different about me from then on. I don't care about what they think of me, but it will be a problem if I leave it like this. After I returned home I will very carefully spread a rumor in the city to keep them in check.

Our carriage stopped in front of a magic motor shop. To build my running machine, I needed an engine or a motor with an energy crystal. An energy crystal motor uses an energy stone as a power supply to run the motor.

Energy crystal contains a lot of energy inside. One crystal will last for a year before it completely dries out. I will use an energy crystal motor to run the two long wheels. As we entered the shop the chop keeper started to feel nervous seeing us. The shop is quite nice. There are a lot of new motors placed carefully on the shelves. I went to the nervous shopkeeper and asked him,

"Do you have any medium size motors?" Realizing that we are here for business he changed his attitude quickly and replied, "Oh, yes Young Master. Of course. We have recently bought a new medium size motor from the merchant would you like to look at it."

"Ok show me." The shopkeeper brought out a medium size motor. The motor looks in good condition and there is no issue with its design, it is a very plain design with no unnecessary parts.

"Ok, I will buy this one, and please add a speed controller along with it"

"Of course" The shopkeeper quickly packed everything and put the package into our carriage.

Claire is looking at my behavior from the beginning. I don't think she would be surprised because for the last half a month she has spent a lot of time with me in the training room. But the onlookers were quite surprised as if they have seen me for the first time. After I left the shop we visited two more places one is a leather shop where we bought a very strong set of leather which is usually used to make leather armor. We head to the steel shop next and bought a few steel bars. With this, I ended my shopping.

I was looking through the window. The carriage is now climbing the castle road. From the window, the castle looks magnificent. The original purpose of this castle was to look over the entire land from the top. It was an iconic landmark. While I am watching the Castle Claire asked me a question, "Master, Today you didn't have to come here personally. If you asked me I could have gone there and bought them for you."

"Then why do you think I have gone there personally," I asked her. She fell silent as she couldn't answer.

"I went there today to see the city. I wanted to see with my own eyes what the reaction when people see me. And I have got my answers after watching their reaction."

"And What could that be, Master?" She asked.

"They're just normal people. They live happily in this place not bothering anyone else. Even though some of them are judging me for my doings in the past but the majority don't even care about this. From this, I understand one thing I don't have to pay them any attention."

Hearing my answers Claire become even more confused. But I didn't give her any chance to ask anything else by saying, "You suddenly became a little talkative today. Are you asking for a punishment?"

She became frightened after hearing her punishment and started apologizing to me.

"Fine, I'll forgive you this time. Also from tomorrow, you will be joining the training with me."

"But didn't I already join with you every day?" She was confused. I replied with a smile saying," Oh no not that one the actual training."

She was still confused but I didn't pay her any attention for the remaining time on the carriage.

Miles away a girl is sitting in the carriage looking at the outside from her window. A faraway castle has spotted in her eyes as she murmured one name, "Aaron" and smiled.
