Under his wings

Her mind told her that the guy was a good person but it difficult to decide even the one she thought was good to her was not, it was the same whether she tried or being tried at least he was not a wolf in sheep's clothing ( skin) he had shown his true intention and it was all clear to her that he wasn't pretending he wanted her for a reason which she was yet to figure out but that didn't matter anymore.

However this humiliation I am going to pay them thousand times no millions more way painful that they never thought it would happen 

" What do you want from me?"

" Be my pillow"

" Pardon"

Flashback.

"You mean to say you have found her?" Dr Gileish asked in disbelief after getting to know what he had found out and to affirm his words the man nodded agreeing to what he had asked. " Are you sure about this? I mean it could be because of another reason that she has that mark" He said trying to make sense.

" You mean I'm stupid not to see the difference?" The man replied coldly to his surprise " No no of course not if you say so then it is but isn't she someone else's wife?... Lord how did this happen."

Just then his assistant arrived and the man was too serious to anyone except his boss, he was one loyal man and the only close person to Mr Giovinne, people most of the time mistake him for the president of the G group.

As Mr Giovinne does not like to show himself to people and nobody knew why he was always in hiding however only people close to him were allowed and he was one of them.

" Have you figure out?" Mr Giovinne asked immediately after his arrival as he wanted to know if she was who he thought she was.

" Yes Boss I have looked into her but..." Mr assistant said then posed a bit something he never does but by this time the file was already in his hands and he didn't wait even a second to check it.

"It not her.. the information, age and name didn't match with her" he said and the man stopped disappointment flashed his on eyes but didn't stop his curiousity about her.

Her scent felt so familiar and it felt so different when she was by his side she was special that is what he thought reminding him of the moment they shared together though driven he still vividly remember the best feeling that came with it and for the first time after a long time he had that peace.

" Be mine" That was too direct and misleading however there is no other word he could use to make her understand. 

" Be mine and you will never be wronged I will protect you" He said like a promise and somehow she believed him maybe because she didn't have much choice, weird but yes she had accepted that and with that.

The grin that come with satisfaction and great achievement appeared on the man's face but immediately got masked with serious look.

There was nothing to regret even if I felt it was hardly fair it was the same after all the world wasn't really fair right now my first priority is to get better both physically and mentally before I overcome whatever was to come.

Now that I remember closely he was that Mr Giovinne they were all talking about and it looks like they were right after all whoever catches his interest he would get her just I never thought I would be one of them who catches his attention.

Sigh!.

It was December ten a week long had passed after that incident I couldn't believe I was still in this city despite the mistreatment I received.

Today I was finally released from the hospital and these couple of days I was well taken care of that I was almost all recovered.

" Everything is settled now you can go" The doctor assigned to me said and I was grateful but then before I could even take a step out of the hospital I saw him again.

" What are you doing here?" I asked the man I hardly knew but was there for me " I have come to fetch you" He simply said and then took off his coat then wear it on my shoulders.

This was so foreign to me I had been hospitised couple of times before due to my bad clumps and ulcers and it was worse that I end up getting admitted to hospital but that is not the point is he had never come to visit me not even once when I was sick until I get released out of the hospital and he would always claim to be busy with work and couldn't come.

Lost in my thought suddenly I felt like I saw someone familiar just few meters away from where we were.

" What's wrong?" Mr Giovinne asked after realising the change on my face but I need not to answer because right before our eyes it was unfold, it was Daclin and he was together with that woman.

" Are you sure nothing is wrong with my baby doctor please check again" Miss Even said worriedly while touching her stomach. " Yes doctor please check on her again she had fallen down accidentally and we are worried that the baby might get affected" The worried couple said insisting until the doctor accepted to check on her again.

It was Daclin and that woman, well known by her in fact she had been coming to their home frequently and she was her ex-mother-in-law's choice.

" Do you want to face them?" Mr Giovinne asked and seem more angry than I was as he looked at them.

" No need I'm fine" I said for now I needed more rest, as for that woman and the scumbag soon they will have their share of bitter medicine,

right outside the hospital his car was already waiting and I wondered if I'm going to board it because usually Daclin doesn't allow me to use his luxurious car claiming that he was worried about me but now I have realised that he never thought I was worth riding it. " Get in" He said and I realized that his tone seem much cold than before.

Not believing it I board the luxurious car and we were finally getting out of that hospital but right then Daclin seem to notice something and had even come out to confirm if he had seen her but couldn't find anyone as the car had already left the premises. " I must be dreaming that woman is probably in the streets" He thought before going back.

It was quiet through out the journey while I didn't know how to converse with the man he was too cold to even talk to but there was something I wanted to ask of him. " Excuse me" I started

" What is it?" He said and after that we had a lot to talk about.

The next day it was the day our divorce was finalised and approved by the court as the marriage law of country J states, the court was finally ready to allow our divorce. 

I remembered what I had said to him yesterday and he seem pleased with my decision " I want you to help me get justice" I had said to him a request or maybe making a deal.

" And if I do"

 " I will do whatever you want me to do" I said and I could swear I saw a devish smile form on his face.

 " You have me then." He had said.
