no! I couldn't accept that he wouldn't leave me just like that will he? I couldn't accept this I had to let him know it was all a trap I was sure of it.

But the moment I entered the house I was greeted by displeased looks that seek nothing but my disposal even the servants looked down on me not like they ever thought highly of me like their Mistress I was more like a clown to them given that my mother-in-law made it so for them to take advantage.

Another slap for the day landed on my cheek but this time came from the old madam of the house she seem all angry and didn't even wait on the couch as usual rather she followed me up and a tight slap land on my cheek.

" Ungrateful slut how dare you disgrace this family!" She said and I could only touch my left cheek in pain.

The accusation and insult flood and foul words that escaped her mouth as she made it clear that I was not a chaste woman and undeserving of her son's life and the title of Mrs Ford.

" I had told you these cheap women will end up at nothing but disgrace you look at her such Ungrateful b*tch!" She said adding fuel to my burning husband who did not even bother to look at me.

She had a thing for me and I know after all these years she had never really accepted me not even once as her daughter-in-law I was but a shame and destroyed her plan to have her son marry the woman she had chosen for him.

" mother" I tried to talk but was stopped and right then he looked at me with murderous eyes and stood from where he was sitting he seem to have been drinking and it was not a good news, he was angry and drunk without much thought he held my hand tightly and looked at me in anger.

" Why are you still here huh?" He asked coldly and his bloodshot eyes looked at me as if he would take out my soul.

" You are not needed here I have already contacted my lawyer he will meet you to sign the divorce soon but I cannot tolerate a cheating woman in my house" He said and I was shocked! Di...divorce?.

" Daclin " 

"Get out! Don't you ever call my name with your filthy mouth again" He said with agitated tone again his hand lifted up and I knew one more word and he is going to hit me however he didn't instead he dragged me out of the house hastily that I couldn't keep up with it.

" This isn't right Daclin please listen to me first" I said as I tried to explain myself how can he immediately file for divorce without hearing my explanation.

 " You should have thought so before whoring around " He said before dragging me out of the house and ordered coldly. " Don't ever allow that woman into my house" and again I was shocked was that even the man I knew for five years and married for three years now he didn't even look at me and closed the door.

" Ma'am you have to get out" the guards said as they gesture for me to get out of the gate, in daze I watch the main house as if I couldn't get over it yet.

" Oh isn't that Delphina?" A woman with blonde hairs said as she made an entrance into the house and I knew who she was, a daughter of the Ruther family and the ideal girl of my mother-in-law she usually come and visit while I had no say in it while everyone had left after the commotion 

She was still here with her mother and they both looked at me with distaste and hostility I was used to them they are ones that looked down on others in regarding their status this to them was common.

" It really her" she faked a shock look as she looked at my pathetic state and I could see a smirk on her face and seem to announce that she was the winner.

" Say what Mrs Ford oh it going to be just Delphina soon" she said and looked like a clown to me than the ideal wife but I never speak not that I couldn't I just didn't see the need.

" Such unfaithful woman" her mother said with distate.

" she cheated at her husband right under his nose" they both seem to enjoy my misery and took pleasure from it.

" What a whore!"

I wasn't in my right state of mind to react I was still shocked at how he had made such haste decision without even thinking things through at all.

Despite all years together he had such little faith in me and didn't even trust me enough to believe in any possibility of innocence in me? is that how he took me for?.

You know shame no! what I experienced was way more than just that, it was more and even disgracing than the years I spent begging on the streets and selling buns around I was never a high status person but at least I have always maintained my dignity which was now crushed and mocked openly.

Yet it didn't end there I could not keep my face anywhere let alone get a place to live in this city no I couldn't even go back to the office where I used to work to because everywhere I go it was the same news of disgrace.

" I'm sorry but you can no longer work here" The head master said.

" But Sir"

" Teacher Ford we can't have bad morals influence on our children please consider this as a parent"The head teacher said though he tried to sound normal but I could understand the underlying meaning. But I wasn't surprised after all it was all over the news what had happened to me.

"How can she when she doesn't even have one" the vice head of school said with disgust as she looked at me.

" Thankful she was deprived of that prestige or else who knows what this world might have to suffer from" the other teaches said as the meeting got finished

I was now that hated woman with nowhere to go Daclin made sure of it the news was all over the media and sadly it was all about me that man whoever he was must had suppressed his news from spreading not even his pic appeared on the news.

I had tried few of my friends that knew for help but couldn't get it apparently I was alone hand dragged out with nothing.

Tears ringered on my eyes as I walk down the cold street the same I was used to but now it was something else.

Like a magma filled floor that ate each of my step as I walk through it and the kind of gazes I got since the day broke down I know I kinda looked like a lunatic but then how did I end up in such a mess.

I had to find out the truth and how I end up that way.
