On the one hand, fusing the brain nucleus characteristics was very expensive and consumed a lot of potential points.
According to the system's introduction, fusing characteristics required potential points. When fusing a characteristic, it required two potential points.
When fusing the second characteristic, four potential points were needed. And so on, the potential points needed for each additional characteristic would double.
On the other hand, Ning Shi's customized mecha had not been manufactured yet. The strongest creators among the mecha master community would create meditation techniques that matched the characteristics of the mecha after the mecha was manufactured.
Ning Shi also wanted to wait for the mecha to be built before fusing the brain nucleus characteristics.
