Riku's POV:

'Ahh!! What the! A voice? A dream?'

Ugh.. my head hurts, I hold my head and look at the watch to see what time it is.

I slept for about 2 hours huh.. the old man's paperwork is almost done. I was asleep for 2 hours and it's just ALMOST done.

*Sigh*

Weird dream, but anyways.. regarding the information I've gotten, I now understand it..

I sat up on the couch and just looked at Allester, waiting for him to finish.

Mortem.. weird name for someone, has a personal magic of 『Magicus Factorem』, if I'm right, that translates to [magic creation] or [magic factory]. Both are focused on magic creation.

So if it is, could he have made a magic to go back.. like a reverse summoning, and is healing magic made by him too? As far as I know, there is no healing element in magic.

I have to talk to him.. is he willing to talk though that's the question.

I stand up and look at the bookshelves for information on magic.. it's something I want to learn, if you're in an Isekai why not learn something that isn't in your world.

I took a book that's titled [Beginners Magic], I'm sorry old man but I don't want my hand getting cut off with swordsmanship.

Opening the book, I got reminded more of math than the magic in anime.. why did the first hero made it logical.. is imagination not enough?

『Magic』

Magic consists of two factors that make it happen. One is the mana or the internal energy in every living being, and the second is the logistics, the way you use that internal energy in the outside world.

『Magic Affinity』

Magic affinity is the amount of control a living being can do. Mana has no elements meaning it can be used in any way, but most if not all magic, has to have an element for it to be able to be stable.

Most humans have an equal amount of affinity on all elements with some exemptions, but the otherworldly heroes have complete control on one element.

I wonder if I have the affinity like a hero, with only one element.

『Magic Elements』

There are about six elements that we know of, Light, Dark, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Light and dark are the weakness of each other, while the elements that can be found in nature act the same as it is when it's made naturally.

Now.. that was easier to understand than the book, and the old man's paperwork is finally finished.. after hours of work it's done.. how did he not faint yet..

The old man stood up and looked at me.

Riku: "What? Am I supposed to know what I'm going to do?"

The man just pointed to his big ahh sword, it looked like Gut's sword.

Riku: "I'm more of a magician old man, I don't want to get slashed at by swords"

Allester wrote again, isn't paper expensive? Anyways he wrote [You still need to learn swordsmanship, there will come a time where you need it.]

Riku: "I have my personal magic.."

The old man glared at me.. I seemed to confirm his suspicion.

'Yabai, yabai, yabai!!!!!!'

Sweat continue to form on my face, cursing myself on letting my tongue slip.

'AHHH!! WHAT KIND OF DEVELOPMENT IS THIS!!???'
