8th Time Emperor- Signifies that you are the eighth strongest time user in the world- 10% increase in vitality and 5% increase in defense. As you go up the ladder of Time Kings, Time Emperors, and the Time God you gain percentage in vitality and defense.Due to there being only eight time users there are no time kings(10th-20th).
